    WONT PAY WIDOW
    TO MARRY AGAIN

    Under the will of the late Hon.
    Henry Binninger of Dexter, for years
    engaged in the sash and blind busi-
    less there it masters to the extent of
    $15,000 whether or not his widow re
    marries. In the event that she does
    not remarry she gets her dower right
    and $15,000. In case that she does re
    marry the dower right is all that will
    be hers.
    The $15,000 in the event that she
    remarries is to be divided equally
    among Fannie B. Vail, Cora B. Wood
    and Ernest Binninger, the sum Ernest
    is to receive to be in trust.. Of the
    residue Mrs. Vail and Mrs. Wood each
    receive one third and the other third
    is left In trust for Ernest Binninger
    with only the life use for him, and on
    his death it goes to his children, if he
    has any. If he leaves no children then
    it goes to Mrs. Vail and Mrs. Wood.

    -Dexter, July 18.-The funeral of
    Henry Binninger, one of Dexfer's
    foremost citizens, who died Saturday
    was held from his home a 10 this
    morning and at 10:30 from the Pres-
    byterian church. The church was
    filled with friends. Rev. George T.
    Wood, pastor of the church, officiated
    and he was assisted by Rev. Dr. S. A.
    Hayt, of Watertown.
    The floral offerings were many and

    beautiful. Among them was a large
    piece from the First National Bank,
    of which Mr. Binninger had long
    been a director. Members of the
    Dexter fire department, of which Mr.
    Binninger was formerly a member,
    and the board of trustees of the village,
    contributed beautiful offerings.
    The body was taken to Watertown
    by automobile hearse and placed on
    the 1:35 train. The body was sent to
    Niagara Falls for interment.

    Henry married VOGT, Catherine about 1863. Catherine (daughter of VOGT, Jacob J and BIEBER, Catherine) was born in Apr 1843 in New York; and died. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

    3. BINNINGER, Ernest was born about 1871 in Dexter, Jefferson County, NY; died on 3 Feb 1917 in Watertown, Jefferson County, NY.
