    Yarwood, 66, of 8573 Krull Pkwy
    Mr. Yarwood, president of the
    Pebble Uranium Co.. a Canadian
    mining firm with offices in Tor-
    onto, Ont., died Sunday (Nov. 2,
    1958) in Kirkland Lake, Ont. He
    suffered a heart attack while in-
    specting a mine in the Kirkland
    Lake area for his firm.
    A native of England, Mr. Yar-
    wood lived in Niagara Falls for
    the last 30 years. A veteran of
    World War 1, serving with the
    U. S. Army in the European
    Theater, he was a member of La-
    Salle Post No. 1142, American
    Legion.
    Survivors include his wife, Mrs.
    Alma B. (Young) Yarwood; two
    daughters, Mrs. Alma Momberger
    find Mrs. Willa Wise, all of this
    city; two sons, William J. Yarwood.

    Yarwood, Denver, Colo., and nine
    grandchildren.
    The Rev. Ray K. Hallin will officiate
    at services al the funeral
    home. Burial will be in Acacia
    Park Cemetery.

    Mrs. Alma B. Yarwood. 65,
    of 2961 Baseline Road. Grand
    Island, died Monday (Dec. 20,
    1965) after suffering an appar-
    ent heart attack at the Tampa
    Airport, Tampa, Fla. She had
    been vacationing in Florida.
    Mrs. Yarwood was scheduled
    to fly here to visit her
    family during the Christmas
    holidays. She lived most of
    her life in Niagara Falls.
    She is s u r v i v e d by two
    daughters, Mrs. Oscar (Alma)
    Momberger, Erwin, Pa., and
    Mrs. James (Willa) Wise.
    Grand Island, and two sons.

    Home Friday at 11 a.m. with
    Rev. Ray K. Hallin officiating.
    Hurial will be in Acacia Park
    Cemetery. Friends may call at
    the funeral home from 2 p.m.
    to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

    Beatrice Yarwood, 66, of 2961 Baseline Road, Grand
    Island, who died in Tampa, Fla., Monday (Dec. 20, 1965).
    Mrs. Yarwood who was
    staying at her winter home
    in Lakeland, Fla., was wait-
    ing for an airplane at the
    Tampa airport to return here
    for the Christmas holidays
    when she suffered a heart at-
    tack.
    She was born in Lewiston
    and lived most of her life in
    Niagara Falls.
    She was employed in the
    x-ray department at Niagara
    Falls Memorial Hospital after
    the death of her husband,
    William A. Yarwood, for eight
    years before retiring in 1961.
    She was a receptionist.
    Mr. and Mrs. Yarwood were
    married on Dec. 25, 1920.
    Surviving are two daugh-
    ters, Mrs. Oscar J. (Alma)
    Momberger, Irwin, Pa., and
    Mrs. J a m e s (Willa) Wise,
    Grand Island; two sons, William
    J. Yarwood, Lockport,
    and Dr. Roger A. Yarwood.

    Mrs. W. H. McFarland of the River
    road near Duane avenue, pleasantly
    entertained at a variety shower,
    last week Wednesday evening, in
    honor of Miss Beatrice Young whose engagement
    to William Yarwood of
    this village was recently announced.
    A buffet luncheon brought the eve-
    ning's merry-making to a close. Miss
    Young was the recipient of many
    beautiful and useful gifts.

    A quiet double wedding was solenm-
    ized at high noon on Christmas day
    at the parsonage of the Presbyterian
    church, Lewlston. N. Y., by the pastor.
    Rev, Smith Ordway. when Alma Beatrice
    Young was united In marriage to
    William Alexander Yarwood of La Salle,
    N. Y., and EVa Margaret breams the
    bride of Rentze George De Hey of Ransomyllle.
    The brides are daughters of
    Mr. and Mrs. James T. Young of
    Mountain Road, Lewlston
    Miss Alma Young was married In her
    traveling suit of brown sllvertone with
    hat to match and Mrs. Ella Young was
    attired in blue gabardine, with hat to
    match. The wedding dinner was served
    at the home of the brides' parents,
    where covers vere laid for twenty. The
    table was beautifully decorated Iri pink
    and white roses and malden-halr forn.
    Both couples left that night for
    Washington, D. C, and other eastern
    points. While at Washington they will
    visit the brides' sister, Mrs. Charles
    Bale.
    After February 1st. Mr. and Mrs. Da
    Hey will reside at their home on the
    Ridge road, Ransomvllle. and Mr. and
    Mrs. Yarwood will reside In this city.

    EAST WILSON. June 1-Mr. and
    Mrs James T. Young celebrated
    their golden wedding anniversary
    at their home in the Daniels road
    Monday afternon and evening. The
    rooms were attractively decorated
    with yellow rosebuds and gladioli.
    A delicious 7 o clock dinner was
    sened by six of the granddaughters
    from prettily arranged tables in
    gold and white centered with a large
    wedding cake The color scheme was
    also carried out in the chairs for
    the couple. About 60 attended the
    dinner and reception among them
    several who attended the wedding
    50 years ago.
    Out-of-town guests were present
    from Toronto, Woodbridge and
    Agincourt Ont.; Washington, D.C.,
    Niagara Falls, Lewiston and Wil-
    son. Many neighbors and friends
    were also present. The couple was
    presented with many gifts of flow-
    ers and gold.
