Club was the setting Sunday
for a reception given by Col.
and Mrs. Gerden F. Johnson,
1327 Myron St., in honor of Mr.
and Mrs. Oscar H. Yensan of
Syracuse. Mrs. Yensan is the
former Ruth Eleanor Johnson.
The wedding took place May
1 in the First Presbyterian
Church, Skaneatcles. The Rev.
Dr. Stephen Palmer officiated.
Miss Kathleen B. Urbanik, Syracuse,
was maid of honor and
Douglas J. Yensan was best
man.
Following a reception in the
Springside Inn, Auburn, the
newlyweds left for a wedding
trip to Montreal, Canada.
The bride is a graduate of
Nolt Terrace High School, and
Syracuse University and is a
teacher at Stonehedge Elementary
School, Camillus.
Her husband, a U.S. Air Force
veteran, Is district audit manager
of American Mutual Insurance
Co. in Syracuse.
Mr. and Mrs. Yensan reside
at 50 Ponderosa Drive, Syracuse.
