April 14, 2002, age 89, beloved wife of the late Horace J. Lauer and the late Norbert J. Bitterman; dear mother of Kenneth N. Bitterman and Carol (James) Klee, both of Florida; grandmother of eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; sister of the late Margaret Schalk, Edward, William, Frederick, John Bechtel, Catherine Meade and Mildred Baumgartner; also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will be present to receive friends Tuesday from 4-8 PM at the (Amherst Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5200 Sheridan Dr. (corner Hopkins Rd.) where funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 8:45 AM and at St. Leo the Great Church at 9:30 AM.
