Edna J. Kumm, of N. Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of Niagara Falls, passed away on Friday, November 13, 2009 in Hope Hospice, Cape Coral, Florida. Mrs. Kumm was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania the daughter of William and Jenny Jones. She moved to Niagara Falls as a youngster with her family and attended local schools, graduating from LaSalle High School. On June 5, 1937 she married Theodore Kumm in Niagara Falls. He predeceased her in 1995. She was also predeceased by her son, Theodore Kumm in 2004.She is survived by two daughters, Karolyn (Robert A.) Offermann of N. Fort Myers, FL and Janice (Robert) McIlwain of Lewiston, a daughter-in-law, Sandra Kumm of N.Carolina, 9 grandchildren, Jane (Bruce) True, Jacqueline (Laurence) West, Dr. Abigail (Dennis) Mitchell, Ted (Trish) Kumm, Robert M. Offermann, Rachel (Matt) Kocan, Stuart (Sara) Kumm, Rebecca Offerman and Anna (John) Fabrizio, and 15 great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Florence Numsen and Emily Nale.She was an accomplished pianist and one of Jehovah's Witnesses for over 55 years.
