    employe, Albert W. Nagel, 65,
    of 243 S. Niagara St., died
    Tuesday (July 16, 1963) in
    Lockport Memorial Hospital
    where he had been a patient
    since Monday.
    ° Born Jan. 20, 1898, in Lockport
    the son of Frederick and
    Marie Gawve Nagel. he had
    retired in January after being
    employed by Niagara-Mohawk
    for over 30 years. A former
    lineman, he was employed in
    the maintenance department
    at the time of his retirement.
    He was known locally as an
    active bowler.
    Surviving are his wife, Lois
    Craine Nagel, a daughter,
    Mrs. Elon Monnin, Towson,
    Aid., a son, Norman Nagel,
    brothers, Fred Nagel, Chicago,
    Ill., Charles Nagel, Lansing,
    Mich., Paul and August Nagel,
    Detroit, Mich., William, Earl
    and Walter Nagel, Lockport;
    two sisters, Mrs. James Legale,
    Medina, and Mrs. Leslie
    Roberts, Lockport, and several
    nieces and nephews.
    Beginning Thursday friends
    mav call from 2 to 5 and 7 to
    9 p.m. at the Prudden and
    Kandt Funeral Home. A service
    will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday.

    In addition to her husband, she
    is survived by a son and daughter,
    Norman L. Nagel, Olcott, and Miss
    Carol A. Nagel, at home; two sis-
    ters and three brothers, Mrs. Bruce

    Robinson, Cleveland,/ Ohio, Mrs.
    Myron Sanford, John Zapp Jr.,
    George. Zapp and/Leo Zapp, all of
    Lockport; and three grandchildren.
    A Requiem Mass will be celebrated
    at St. Mary's Church at 9
    a.m. Thursday after the prayers at
    8:30 a.m. at the Gaul Funeral
    Home. Burial will be in St. Mary's
    Cemetery.

    LOCKPORT, July 17. - Mrs.
    John P. Zapp, 83, of 399 East
    Union street, died last evening
    at her home. Born in Germany,
    Mrs. Zapp came to this, country
    whea a girl, locating in this city.
    She was a member of Si. Mary's
    church and its Altar and Rosary
    society.
    Surviving are three daughters,
    Mrs. Elizabeth Sullivan, vAstoria,
    Long Island, Mrs. Albert Nagel
    and Mrs. Myron Sanford, both of
    this city; three sons, John, George
    and Leo, all of Lockport, and a
    brother, George Anna, Lockport.
    Services will be held Monday at
    8:30 a.m. at the Gaul Funeral home
    and at" 9 o'clock" at St." Mary's
    church. Interment will be in St.
    Mary's cemetery.
