    LOCKPORT - A one-car mishap
    early Sunday resulted in
    the death of a Wilson youth and
    injuries to his two passengers.
    Pronounced dead within minutes
    after arrival at Lockport
    Memorial Hospital was the driver,
    Leonard E. Klumpp, 19, of
    3279 Beebe Road, Town of Wilson.
    Injured were Robert L.
    Smith, 20, of 19 Highland Ave.,
    here, owner of the car, who
    was listed in critical condition
    today in the intensive care unit
    of Sisters Hospital, Buffalo, and
    Daniel Fraser, 20, of 150 Washington
    St. here, who was listed
    in fair condition at Lockport
    Memorial Hospital.
    Police said the deceased had
    suffered internal injuries. The
    Smith youth suffered head injuries
    and bruises and the Fraser
    youth suffered a laceration
    of the scalp, right arm and
    multiple contusions and abrasions.
    No Skid Marks
    Sgl. Henry Newman of the
    local police reported no skid
    marks visible in the accident,
    which occurred about 2:20 a.m.
    in Walnut Street- near Cleveland
    Place.
    He said the car apparently
    left the road at a curve in Walnut
    Street, striking a tree in
    front of 577 Walnut St.
    Klumpp and Fraser were
    wearing seat belts. Smith was
    not.
    Horn in.1949. the victim would
    have celebrated- his 20th birthday
    June 7. He was the son of
    Mr. and Mrs. Elwin Klumpp,
    who survive him.
    A 1968 graduate of Wilson
    Central School, he had been
    scheduled to report for induction
    into the U.S. Army on June
    19. He had been employed by
    the Harrison Radiator Division,
    General Motors Corp. here.

    Besides his parents, he is survived
    by two sisters. Mrs. Susan
    Frey and Miss ' Linda
    Klumpp; five brothers. Larry,
    Donald, Ricky, Dwayne and
    Ronald, ajl at home; his paternal
    grandmother. Mrs. Bessie
    Klumpp of Newfario. and his
    maternal grandparents. Mr. and
    Mrs. Arthur Zastrow of Wilson.
    Friends may call after 2 p.m.
    today at the Rutland-Corwin
    Funeral Home, Newfane, where
    services will be held at 2 p.m.
    Wednesday. The- Rev. Herbert
    J. Teske Sr. of Concordia Lutheran
    Church at Wilson Will
    officiate.

    LOCKPORT —
    Dorothy M. Peters of Lockport, wife of Roger Peters entered into rest on Sunday, December 29, 2013 at Eastern Niagara Hospital Newfane, NY. Dorothy was born on October 30, 1932 in Wilson, NY. Daughter of the late Arthur and Dorothy Brauer Zastrow.
    Dorothy worked at Harrison Radiator for 33 years. She was a member of the Concordia Lutheran Church, UAW Travel Club and Christian Woman Association. She and Roger also enjoyed there Thursday luncheons at the Rapids Fire Hall.
    Mother of Susan (Alvin) Frey of Lockport, NY, Larry (Cathy) Klumpp of Ransomville, NY, Donald (Barbara) Klumpp of Lockport, NY, Ricky (Shelley) Klumpp of Newfane, NY, Linda (Paul) Garneret of Newfane, NY, Dwayne (Lisa) Klumpp of Newfane, NY, Ronald (Denise) Klumpp of Lockport, NY and the late Leonard Klumpp. Sister of Levell (Annabelle) Zastrow of Newfane, NY and the late Loraine Kruzicke and Betty Schultz. Step-mother of Jason (Vicki) Peters of Akron, NY and Kyra (Rodney) Hogg of Sanborn, NY. Step-daughter-in-law of the late Bernice Peters. Also survived by 17 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
    Friends may call at the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2670 Main St., Newfane, NY on THURSDAY from 7-9 PM and on FRIDAY from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM where funeral services will be held on SATURDAY at 11 AM. Burial will be in Corwin Cemetery following the service.

    WILSON-Mrs. Dorothy Zastrow,
    64, of 3283 Beebe Road,
    died Tuesday (Nov. 4, 1979) at
    Newfane Inter-Community Hospital
    after a short illness.
    A native of Wilson, she was
    born Jan. 10, 1905, daughter ot
    William and Rose Braurer. She
    was married in 1924 to Arthur
    Zastrow, and was a member
    of Concordia Lutheran Church
    in Newfane.
    Besides her husband, she- is
    survived by a son, Levell, of
    Newfane; three daughters,- Mrs.
    Norman (Lorainne) Krucicke.
    Mrs. Elwin (Dorothy) Klumpp
    both of Newfane, and Mrs. Kenneth
    (Betty Jane) Schultz of
    Appleton; ' a brother, Charles
    Braurer (sic) of Wilson; two sisters,
    Mrs. George Zastrow and Mrs.
    Elsie Bonn, both of Newfane:
    16 grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.

    Thursday at the Hamilton and
    Clark Funeral Chapel from 2 to.
    4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will
    be held Friday at 2 p.m. with
    the Rev. David Musall officiating.
    Burial will be in Wrights Cor-
    ners Cemetery.

    Wilson. April 25--The marriage of
    Miss Dorothy A- Brauer, daughter of
    Mr. and Mrs. William Brauer, of the
    Bebe road, to Arthur C. Zastrow was
    solemnized at the North Ridge

    Lutheran parsonage Wednesday aft-
    ternoon, April 23, a t three o'clock.
    Rev. John P. Barkow officiating. The
    bride was becomingly attired In a
    gown of tan canton crepe and car-
    ried white carnations. She was at-
    tended by Miss Elsie Zastrow, sister
    of the groom who wore blue crepe de
    chloe and carried pink carnations.
    Wesley Rohring was best man. Fol-
    lowing the ceremony an elaborate
    wedding dinner was served at the
    home of the bride's parents covers
    being laid for forty guests. There
    were twelve at the bride's table. The
    house and table decorations were in
    pink and white. The happy couple
    left amid showers of rice and upon
    their return from a wedding journey
    will reside at Wilson.

    WILSON. April 5-Mrs. Rosa A.
    Brauer. wife of William Brauer,
    well known farmer of the Beebe
    road, town of Wilson, died at the
    family home this morning, after an
    illness of several months.
    Besides her husband. Mrs. Brauer
    Is survived by one son and three
    daughters, Charles Brauer. Mrs.
    Helen Zast.ro. Mrs. Dorothy Zastro
    and Mrs. Elsie Bohn, all of Wilson,
    13 grandchildren and several sis-
    ters in Germany.
    Funeral services will be held from
    the home Saturday afternoon at 2
    o'clock and at 2:30 from the North
    Ridge Lutheran church. Interment
    will be in North Ridge cemetery
    The services at the home will be
    private.
