    Lawrence Hosmer, 50, formerly
    of North Tonawanda, died
    Monday in Lantana, Florida
    where he had lived three years.
    Bora in Lewiaton, Mr. Hosmer,
    was a North Tonawandan most
    of his life. He was formerly em-
    ployed at Durez Plastics and
    Chemicals Inc. He was a mem-
    ber of the local Sweeney Hose
    Company and the West Palm
    Beach Lodge 88 IOOF of Flor-
    ida. Surviving are his wife,
    Dris, nee Ziehl; two sons, Clar-
    ence of Lantana, Pvt. Everett
    Hosmer, U. S. Army in Japan;
    a daughter, Mrs. Myron Good-
    nick and grandson, Thomas
    Goodnick; her mother, Mrs.
    Walter Schumacher, all of North Tonawanda; a brother, Elwood
    Hosmer and sister, Mrs. Max
    Schultz, Buffalo. Services will
    be Saturday at 2 p.m. in Hamp
    Funeral Home, 37 Adam St. The
    Rev. G. L. Burghard officiating.
    Burial in White Chapel Me-
    morial Park.

    Lawrence married ZIEHL, Doris on 18 Nov 1922 in North Tonawanda, Niagara County, NY. Doris (daughter of ZIEHL, Ferdinand Friedrich and GROSSKOPF, Augusta Louise) was born on 8 May 1904 in North Tonawanda, Niagara County, NY; died in Sep 1995 in Sarasota, Sarasota County, FL.     The marriage of Miss Doris Ziehl
    and Lawrence Hosmer, both of Mar
    tinsville, was solemnized Saturday
    evening at 7:30 o'clock at the home
    of Rev. L. W. Harper in 822 Wheatfield
    street. Rev. Harper officiating.
    Following the ceremony, a reception
    was held at the home of Mr. Hosmer's
    mother, Mrs. Martha Hosmer, on
    t h e Creek road.
