    22, 1985) in Mt. St. Mary's
    Hospital, Lewiston.
    He is survived by his wife, Norma
    (nee Cone) Wolanske; a son, Richard
    and a daughter, Lisa, both at
    home; his mother, Mrs. Esther
    Wolanske of Bergholtz; a brother,
    Donald (Marina) Wolanske of
    Bergholtz and a sister, Mrs. Reuben
    (Lois) Haseley of the Town of
    Niagara. He is also survived by
    several nieces and nephews.
    Friends may call at the Fretthold
    Funeral Home, Inc., 1241 Oliver St.,
    at Ward Rd., North Tonawanda
    Monday and Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
    p.m. Funeral services will be held
    Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. from St.
    James Lutheran Church, Bergholtz,
    the Rev. John H. Crilley will officiate.
    Interment in St. James Lutheran
    Cemetery. If so desired, memorials
    may be made to St. James
    Lutheran Church.

    for Wilbert H. Wolanske
    of 2954 Niagara Fails Blvd.,
    here will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday
    at St. James Lutheran
    Church, Bergholtz. Burial will
    be in St. James Lutheran Cemetery.
    Mr. Wolanske, .65, owner of
    Wilbert's Tavern, 2448 Niagara
    Road, Town of Wheatfield, died
    early Sunday (Feb. 11, 1968) in
    Niagara -Falls Memorial Hospital.
    He had suffered an apparent
    stroke.
    He was a lifelong resident of
    the town and was employed as a
    machinist for Buffalo Industries
    before he operated the tavern'.
    He was a charter member of
    the St. Johnsburg Volunteer Fire
    Co. and an exempt member of
    the Bergholtz Volunteer Fire
    Co.
    Survivors include the former
    Esther Schimschack: two sons.
    Donald and Albert, both of the
    Town of Wheatfleld: seven
    grandchildren; two brothers.
    Truman of Grand Island and
    Waiter of North Tonawanda; a
    sister, Mrs. Truman LaFleur of
    North Tonawanda.
    Friends may call from 2 to
    4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Fretthold
    Funeral Home, North
    Tonawanda.
    Members of the Bergholtz Volunteer
    Fire Co. will meet in a
    body today at 7 p.m. at the fire
    hall and then proceed to the funeral
    home.

    A funeral service for Esther E. Wolanske, who operated Wilbert's Tavern for about 20 years, will be conducted at 10:30 A.M. Thursday in the DuBois Funeral Home, 2436 Niagara Road. Burial will be in St. James Lutheran Cemetery.
    Mrs. Wolanske, 83, of Luther Street died Monday (July 30, 1990) at her daughter's home in the Town of Niagara.
    Born in Wheatfield, she also worked for the Carborundum Co. for many years and was a lifetime member of St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church.
    She was the widow of Albert Wolanske and Adrian Frerichs.
    Survivors include her daughter, Lois Haseley of the Town of Niagara; a son, Donald, of Wheatfield; a sister, Hilda Stenzel of Wheatfield; a brother, Clarence Wolf of Wheatfield; 14 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren

    BERGHOLTZ-A lovely wedding
    was solemnized Saturday, Septem-
    ber 7, at the parsonage of the St.
    James' Lutheran church by the
    Rev. Otto Brass, when Esther Frerichs.
    Daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
    Herman Schimschack, of the Falls
    boulevard, became the bride of Wilbert
    Wolanske. son of Mrs. Louise
    Wolanske. of the Ward road, North
    Tonawanda.
    The bride wore a street length
    frock of moss green with black accessories
    and a corsage of gardinias
    tied with silver ribbon.
    Miss Dolores Moll, maid of nonor,
    wore a street length dress of soldier
    blue with blue accessories and
    a corsage of pink roses, blue delphinium
    and baby's breath tied
    with pink ribbon.
    Albert Wolanske. brother of the
    groom, was best man.
    Following the ceremony, a reception
    was held at the Bergholtz
    fire hall. Dinner was served at 6
    o'clock to aoout 70 guests. Covers
    were laid for 10 at the bride's table
    which was decorated with roses
    and fall flowers and centered with
    a tiered wedding cake. Vases of
    rose1: and fall flowers also decorated
    the tables reserved for guests.
    Other decorations included white
    wedding bells and white streamers.
    In the evening an open house reception
    was held for frierds of the
    couple.
    Mr. and Mrs. Wolanske will reside
    on the Niagara Falls boulevard.
