    Miss Florence Patricia Martin,
    daughter of Mrs. Otto Martin, was
    united in marriage to Mr. Frederick
    Stewart Zilm, son of.Mr. and Mrs.
    Fred Zilm, February 14 at a candlelight
    setting in the Church of God,
    Forrest avenue and Twentieth street.
    The Rev. Daniel Schemmer officiated
    at the double ring ceremony
    before an altar decorated with palms
    and snapdragons.
    The music was presented by Mrs.
    William Black well at the organ. The
    choir sang "The Lord's Prayer" under
    the direction of Mrs. Alfred
    Jones.
    The brides gown was of white
    satin with leg-of-mutton sleeves and
    lace-paneled insertions, on princess
    lines. Her fingertip veil fell from a
    crown of lace. She carried a bouquet
    of white talisman roses.
    Miss Rozella Pentz, Anderson.
    Ind., maid of honor, wore a gown of
    dusty, pink satin with lace and rhinestone
    trim. She carried a bouquet of
    deep-hued pink carnations and wore
    a headdress of colored flowers.
    Miss Audrey Zilm, bridesmaid,
    and sister of the bridegroom, wore an
    aqua-colored gown, identical to the
    one worn by the maid of honor. Her
    bouquet was of light pink carnations
    and she also wore a headdress of
    Qowers of the same color.
    Mr. Donald Albright, broiher-inlaw
    of the bridegroom, was best man.
    Mr. Paul Desgalier and Mr. Morton
    Demster were ushers.
    The mother of the bride wore a
    wine-braided dress with black accessories.
    The bridegroom's mother
    chose a black, bolero dress svith red
    and black accessories. The mothers
    wore matching corsages of red roses
    and while carnations.
    A reception was held in the church
    hall following the ceremony.
    Out-of-town guests were from Gasport.
    Youngstown, and Lewistown.
    N. Y.: Strawberry Point, la., and
    Punxsutawney, Pa.
    For traveling the bride wore a grey
    suit wfth black accessories and a corsage
    of white carnations.
    After motoring through the Southern
    states the couple will reside in
    2207 LaSalle avenue.
    Previously, the bride was entertained
    at various showers by friends.

    Mrs. Emma Zilm, 78, of
    1344 Whitney Ave. died Monday
    (April 26, 1971) at the
    home of her son, Frederick
    Zilm of Sanborn, after a long
    Illness.
    Born In Buffalo, she had
    been a resident of this city
    for more than 60 years. She
    was a member of the Golden
    Agers of Fourth Avenue
    Church of God.
    Surviving, besides her son
    are her husband, Fred C.
    Zilm, of this city; two
    daughters, Mrs. Donald
    (Jessie) Albright of this city
    and Mrs. Ernest (Audrey)
    Boyce of Lockport; a sister,
    Mrs. Edward (Ella Mae)
    Hepburn of Punxsutawney,
    Pa.; a half sister, Mrs. Lena
    Broeker of Youngslown and
    11 grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be
    held Thursday at 1 p.m. at
    the Otto Redanz Funeral
    Home, the Rev. John C.
    Williams officiating.
    Rurlal will be In North
    Ridge Cemetery.
    Friends may call at the
    funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m.
    today and 2 to 4 and 7 to
    9 p.m. Wednesday,

    Mr. and Mrs. Frederick
    Silm, 1344 Whitney Ave.,
    were honored today at an
    openhouse at the fellowship
    hall of the Forest Avenue
    Church of God. The affair
    was held by their son and
    daughters in observance of
    the couple's 50th wedding
    anniversary.
    Mr. and Mrs. Zilm, both
    natives of the Town of
    Porter, were married June
    20, 1917 at Zion Lutheran
    Church, Niagara Falls. They
    have resided in Niagara Falls
    since 1918.
    Mrs. Zilm's sister, who was
    maid of honor at the couple's
    wedding, Mrs. Edward Hep-
    burn (the former Ella Mae
    Whitt), of Punxsutawney,
    Pa., attended the open house.
    Mr. and Mrs. Zilm have a
    son, Frederick Zilm of San-

    Niagara Falls and Mrs.

    RANSOMVILLE Nov. 8.-Mrs.
    Wilhelmina C. Zilm, 78 years old, of
    Porter Center, died at her home
    yesterday after a long Illness. She Is
    survived by two sons, William Zilm,
    at home, and Fred Zilm, of Niagara
    Falls; one daughter, Mrs. William
    Andrees, of Ransomvllle; eight
    grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
    The funeral will be held tomorrow
    afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from
    the home. The Rev. Ernest A. Sergel
    will officiate and Interment will be

    at St. Peter's cemetery.
    Mrs. Zilm was the wife of the late
    Fred Zilm. who died about 25 years
    ago. She was the daughter of the
    late Mr. and Mrs. William Pauli
    and was born in Germany. When
    a child she came to this country
    with her parente and had since resided
    in this vicinity.

    RANSOMVILLE, June 25-Funeral
    services for August Witt, 73, who died
    Sunday, will be held from the family
    home, Balmer road, two miles west of
    this village on Wednesday afternoon
    at 1 o'clock standard time. The Rev.
    Walter Rimmer of Niagara Falls will
    officiate. Interment will be in North
    Ridge cemetery.
    Mr. Witt was born in German y but
    had resided in the Ransomville vicin-
    ity for the past 55 years. He was a
    farmer and active in town affairs dur-
    ing his younger days. He is survived
    by three daughters and four sons, Mrs.
    Alfred Broeker, of Youngstown, Mrs.
    Fred Zilm, of Niagara Falls, Ella, at
    home, Augusta and Adolph, of Niagara
    Falls, Albert of Lockport, and Richard
    of Ransomville, and 12 grandchildren.

    RANSOMVILLE, Aug. 28.—Funeral services for Mrs. Augusta Witt, who died In Niagara Falls last Friday, were held here from the home of her son. Richard Witt, yesterday, the Rev.Marcel Desgaller, pastor of the Church of God, Niagara Falls officiating. The services were attended by a large number of friends from both Niagara Falls and this village,where she formerly resided. Interment was in the family plot in North Ridge cemetery.
