St. Mary's Church was the setting for the Nov.
28, 1964 wedding of Miss Carol Marie Zimmer and
James Arthur Rich.
Rev. Robert J. Briedenstein,
cousin of the bride,
officiated at the double-ring
ceremony. The bride is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Henry Zimmer, 562 Third
St. The bridegroom is the
son of Mrs. J. Arthur Rich,
Falls Church, Va.. and the
late Mr. Rich.
Given in marriage by her
father, the bride wore a
street-length coat dress of
antique white brocade, and
a matching lace mantilla.
She carride a cascade bou-
quet of white pompons and
pink sweetheart roses.
Mrs. Jerauld E. Brydges,
sister of the bride, the matron
of honor, was attired in
an Imported raspberry ice
v e l v e t e e n street-length
dress. She wore a matching
lace mantilla and carried a
cascade bouquet of orchid
pompons and pink sweetheart
roses.
Richard A. Hamilton, Buf
falo, was the best man. Otto
Fuchs. Rochester, seated the
guests.
A luncheon was held for
members of the immediate
families at the Red Coach
Inn after the ceremony.
The newlyweds will reside
at 481 Center St.. Lewiston.
