A 60th wedding anniversary
celebration for Mr. and Mrs. Joseph
Flower of Lakeland, Fla. was hosted
by their children recently at 7060
Lincoln Avenue Ext., Lockport.
The couple was married Oct. 12,
1926 at the Sacred Heart Church,
Medina. About 50 guests were
present from Buffalo, Lockport,
Medina, Middleport, New .lersev
and Pennsylvania.
Flower spent over 40 years in the
automobile business locally before
retiring. Mrs. Flower is an avid
bingo player. They have lived in
Florida for about 15 years.
The couple has three daughters,
Mrs. Francis (Dorothy) Modlo of
Medina, Mrs Terry (Marilyn)
Banazwski of Buffalo, and Mrs.
Ralph (Linda) Santillo of Lockport.
They also have six grandchildren
and one great-grandchild
