    dead on^ arrival at Mount St.
    Mary's Hospital Saturday
    (April 29, 1972) after being
    stricken at home with an ap-
    parent heart attack.
    He was a native of Niagara
    Falls, and attended Falls
    schools ' including Trott
    Vocational High School.
    He had been a machinist for
    20 years and a foreman at the
    Niagara Falls Fabricators for
    more than ten years.
    He resided in Ransomville
    for the last 15 years.
    He is survived by his wife,
    Gail Haseley Zimmerman; a
    daughter, Carol Ann; three
    sons; Jack Harold Jr.", Kevin
    and Wayne Zimmerman; his
    parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold
    Zimmerman of Niagara Falls;
    his grandmother, Mrs.
    Catherine Manley of Welland,
    Ont.; three brothers, Carl
    Zimmerman of Lewiston,
    Harold Zimmerman Jr. of
    Niagara Falls and Ralph
    Zimmerman of Rochester and
    a sister, Mrs. James
    (Charlotte) Smyth of Niagara

    Funeral services will be held
    at the Rhoney Funeral Home,
    in Niagara Falls, Wednesday
    at 11 a.m. with the Rev.
    Edward L. Deighton of the
    Dickersonville United
    Methodist Church officiating.
    Burial will be in Riverdale

    Carl F. Haseley, 68, of 501 B St., Sunny Acres, died Friday (Sept. 22, 1972) in Memorial Medical Center where he had been a patient for six weeks.
    He was born in the Town of Niagara and retired in 1969 from the Penn Central Railroad where he had been an engineer for 35 years.
    Mr. Haseley was a member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers.
    Survivors include three sons, L. Charles Haseley of Niagara Falls, Curtis Haseley of Sacramento, Calif., and Ralph L. Biddle of Youngstown; one daughter, Mrs. Grace Lingenfelder of the Town of Niagara: two brothers, Eric (sic) J. Haseley of Town of Niagara, and Louis Haseley of the Town of Pendleton; a sister, Mrs. Hugo (Ella) Walck of the Town of' Wheatfield; 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
    His wife, Ida A. Haseley, died Nov. 28, 1971.
    Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church with the Rev. Harold L. Baum officiating. Interment will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery.
    Friends may call at the Rhoney Funeral Home, 5893 Hoover Road, Sanborn, from 79 p.m. today and 2 to 4 p.m. and 7.9 p.m. Sunday.
    Memorials may be made to St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church or a preferred charity.

Hansler of Detroit, Mich. Also surviving are 26 grandchildren. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home today and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services. will be conducted at the funeral home Monday 1:30 p.m. by the Rev. William J. Devine. Burial will be in North Ridge Cemetery.

    to Carl Haseley, 3205 Porter rond,
    Niagara Falls, from Mary J. Hoseley,

    Falls, was filed yesterday at the
    county clerk's office. The decree
    was signed by Supreme Court Jus-
    tlce Alonzo O. Hlnkley and gave the
    father custody of three children,

    Grace, six. The couple married

    The will of Carl E. Haseley, late of Walmore, was filed with Surrogate Norman D. Fish at Lockport yesterday for probate. The estate is valued at upwards of $7,000 in personal property and $8,000 in real estate. The will is to be probated on February 2. Attorney E. B. Harrington is counsel for the family. The widow and six children are the heirs. Haseley died on January 9.
