    Niagara Falls. The bridegroom is
    the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard H.
    Follendorf of 846 Rule Road, North
    Tonawanda.
    Miss Lynnette Lewis was maid of
    honor. Bridesmaids were Miss
    Cynthia Muniak, sister of the bride,
    and Miss Sheila Follendorf, sister of
    the bridegroom.
    Robert Lockett was best man.
    Ushers were Joseph and Timothy
    Follendorf, both brothers of the
    bridegroom.
    After a reception at Stephen
    Sikora Post, the newly weds left for
    honeymoon cruise to the Bahamas.
    They will be at home in North
    Tonawanda.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 26, at 9:30 AM at the Chapel at CrossPoint James Andrews Chapel, 500 Crosspoint Pkwy. in Getzville. Friends invited. Burial will be private. Patricia had been a Sales Associate at the Chapel at CrossPoint Bookstore for many years, and volunteered at Shea’s Performing Arts Center and at the Degraff Memorial Hospital Gift Shop.     Theron Miller waa the soloist and
    Mrs. Theron Miller, the organist
    £iven in marriage by her brother,
    Richard, the bride wore a gown
    of Chantilly lace over bridal satin.
    The fitted bodice was styled with
    long tapered lace sleeves and an
    oval scalloped neckline outlined
    with sequins. Her bouffant skirt
    was accented with a back panel
    of nylon tulle ruffles featuring a
    large satin bow. Her shoulderlength
    veil of illusion was attached
    to a tiara of seed pearls
    and sequins. She wore a single
    strand of pearls and matching earrings
    and carried a white satin
    prayer book covered with a cor-
    sage of white roses and lilies of
    the valley with white satin streamers.
    The matron of honor, Mrs. Jean
    Dumais. wore an orchid net gown
    over taffeta with a matching crown
    and shoes. She carried yellow roses
    tied with orchid ribbon. Wearing
    identically styled costumes
    were the bridesmaid, Miss Janice
    Strassburg, in pink, and the jun
    ior bridesmaids, the Misses Sylvia
    Zipp and Dorann Hardy, in aqua
    The bridesmaid carried pink roses
    and the junior bridesmaids, yellow
    roses.
    Wearing a full-length dress of
    orchid net with a matching hat
    was the flower girl, June Dumais,
    who carried a basket of red roses
    and rose petals.
    Elie Dumais was the best man
    and Robert Zipp, James Heider
    and LaVern Hardy, the ushers.
    Newton Dumais served as the ringbearer.
    The bride's mother wore a pink
    silk organza dress over pink taffeta
    with a navy blue picture hat
    and accessories. A corsage of deep
    pink roses and white carnations
    complemented her costume. The
    bridegroom's mother was attired
    in an aqua lace dress with matching
    shoes, a pink hat and gloves.
    Her corsage was of yellow roses
    centered with a white carnation.
    A reception for 350 guests was
    given in the Labor Hall, Tremont
    St., which was decorated with
    white wedding bells and a pink
    and white theme.
    Prenuptial parties were given by
    Mrs. Follendorf Sr., Miss Strassburg
    and Miss Sylvia Zipp, Mrs.
    Edward Jacobi and Mrs. Richard
    Sattelburg.
    Mr. and Mrs. Follendorf are at

    WILLIAM FOLLENDORF
    Willaim Follendorf, 70, died this morning at his home, 50 Ransom street, after a brief illness. Born in Germany, he had resided in North Tonawanda the past 47 years. He was a member of the Friedens church and the North Tonawanda Labor association. Surviving are his wife Anna, nee Goers; five sons, William, Jr. and Fred, North Tonawanda, Herman, Wilson, Clarence Gardei, Lewisburg, Pa.,and George Gardei, North Tonawanda; two daughters, Mrs. Clarence Runge, Pendleton, and Mrs. Howard Flanders, Lockport; 10 grandchildren; two brothers, Ferdinand, Stettin, Germany, and Carl, Chicago, and four sisters, Mrs. Mary Braun, New Smyrna, Fla.; Mrs. Amelia Wagner, Stettin, Germany; Mrs. Bertha Hening, Buffalo, and Mrs. Charles Batt, North Tonawanda. Rites will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the residence. The Rev. Theodore Mayer will officiate. Burial will be in Elmlawn.

    MRS. ANNA FOLLENDORF
    Mrs. Anna Follendorf, 57 years old, 50 Ransom street, died yesterday afternoon at the Deaconess Hospital, Buffalo. She was born in Germany and had lived in the Tonawandas for the past 50 years. She was a member of the Frieden's church and the Ladies' Aid Society and the Sewing Circle of the church. Surviving are a husband, William; a daughter, Mrs. Clarence Runge, Tonawanda; three sons, William, Herman and Fred, all of North Tonawanda; one grandchild, and four brothers, Herman Bach, North Tonawanda, Ferdinand Bach. Indianapolis, Ernest Bach, Buffalo, and Julius Bach, Tonawanda. The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the residence. Rev. Theodore Mayer will officiate and interment will be In the St. Peter's cemetery, North Tonawanda.

    Young St., died Tuesday evening
    (April 28, 1965) in Roswell Park
    Memorial Institute, Buffalo, after
    a prolonged illness. Born in Aus
    tria-Hungary. Mr. Zipp lived in the
    Tonawandas fcr 50 years and was
    employed in local lumber mills. He
    was a member of St Francis of
    Assisi Church, of the Holy Name
    Society of the church, and of the
    272 Club. He is survived by bis
    wife, Anna (nee Baumgartner),
    five sons, John, Martin Jr., Fred,
    Paul and Anthony, two daughters,
    Mrs. William Thiebolt and Mrs.
    Marmon Tower, 18 grandchildren
    and three g r e a t grandchildren.
    Friends may call at the Hamp Funeral
    Home where services will be
    at 8:30 a.m. Saturday and at 9 a.m.
    in St. Francis Church with the Rev.
    Wilbur Yaeger officiating. Interment

    Zipp, 81, of 7171 Nash Road, Wheatfield, died Tuesday
    (Nov. 14, 1967) in DeGraff Memorial Hospital after a
    brief illness.
    Born in Austria-Hungary, she
    had resided in this area the
    greater part of her life. She was
    a member of St. Francis of
    Assisi Church and the altar
    Society at the church.
    Her husband, Martin Zipp,
    died in 1955.
    Survivors include five sons.-
    John, Martin .Ir., Fred, Paul
    and Anthony Zipp, and two
    daughters, Mrs. William Thiebalt
    and Mrs. Marmon Tower,
    all of the Tonawandas; two
    sisters, Mrs. Katrina Keller,

    of Assisi Church. Burial will be
    in St. Francis Cemetery.

    and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral
    home.

    North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 8/25/1952

    MARRIED 50 YEARS AGO TODAY were Mr. and Mrs. Martin
    Zipp Sr. of 369 Young St. who were guests of honor yesterday
    at an open house in the home of their daughter, Mrs. William
    Thiebolt, 580 Broad St. Yellow tapers in golden candlesticks and
    red and yellow roses centered the buffet table which was
    adorned with a large anniversary cake. Mr. and Mrs. Zipp were
    married in Austria Aug. 25, 1902. They have seven children
    living, 17 grandchildren and a great grandchild. Mr. Zipp worked
    for the Tonawanda Public Works Department, retiring in 1949.
    Before that he was employed by the Treat Nantke Lumber
    Company. Among the 150 attending were out of town guests
    from Chicago and Buffalo. The guests of honor received many
    anniversary gifts, and gift flowers decorated the Thiebolt home
    for the celebration.
