A retired foreman at the Alum-
Imim Co., Joseph Moncrynski, 70,
died today of a heart attack at
his home at 2605 Ferry. Ave.
Mr. Monczynski has been employed
at the local plant 48 years.
He was a member of the 25-year
Foremen's Club at the plant before-
retiring.
Born in Poland, he came to
Niagara Falls in 1902. Survivors
Include his wife, Mrs. Bernice
Monczynski; a daughter, Mrs.
Josephine Young; a son, Frank
Moncrynski; two sisters, Mrs.
Stella Muszynski and Mrs. Mary
Slesinski; six grandchildren and
two; great grandchildren, all of
this - city.
Services will be Monday at
9:15 a.m. at the Tubinis Funeral
Home and 10 a.m. at Holy Trinity
Church. Interment will be in the
family plot.

Mrs. Mary Zurawski Dies
After .Six-Month Illness
Mrs. Mary Zurawski, who since
1909 has lived at 342 Nineteenth
street, died yesterday after a sixmonth
illness. Among her survivors
is a great-great-grandchild.
She was the mother of Stanley
Zimmer, Mrs. Bernice Monczynski
and Mrs. Katarzyna Sowinski, all of
this city, and also is survived by
eight grandchildren and 14 greatgrandchildren.
Mrs. Zurawski was born in Poland
and was a Niagara Falls resident for
49 years. A widow 28 years, she
served as.a midwife during her early
yean. Mrs. Zurawski was a member
of the Holy Rosary society of Holy
Trinity church.
The body is at the Tubinis funeral
home. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated
Monday at 11 a.rn. at Holy
Trinity church with interment in
Holy Trinity cemetery.
