    Mis. Florence B. Rech. twenty-seven
    years old, died last night at her home
    No. 228 Broad street Mrs. Rech was
    bom in Ogdensburg, N. Y. She had
    been a resident of Tonawanda since
    her marriage to Clyde Rech three
    years ago. Besides her husband, Mrs.
    Rech is survived by her mother, Mrs.
    Lulu Border; three brothers, George,
    Joseph and Edmund Border and a sis-
    ter, Miss Blanche Border all of North
    Tonawanda.
    The funeral will be held Wednesday
    morning at 6:30 o'clock from the late
    residence and half an hour later from
    the St. Francis church. Rev. John A..
    Weismantel officiating. Burial will be
    at Mt. Olivet.

    Mrs. Rech Entertains for Miss Border
    A very pleasant evening was enjoyed
    last night when Mrs. H. Rech
    of Broad street entertained about
    forty young people at her home in
    honor of Miss Florence Border Whose
    marriage to Clyde W. Rech takes
    place in October. A delightful program
    was arranged. Luncheon was
    served at which Mrs. Rech was assisted
    by Mrs. A. W. Hubman. Mrs.
    Frank Johnson and Miss Ann Walters.
    A profusion of ferns and lavender
    asters prettily decorated the
    house throughout. The bride-elect
    was presented with a beautiful chair
    lamp with hand painted parchment
    shade of Flanders poppies. The out
    of town guests included Miss Mary
    Hogan and Jack Van Son of °Buffalo.

    George Border, 46 years old, of No
    268 1-2 Oliver street died this morning
    at the DeGraff Memorial hospital after
    a brief illness with pneumonia.
    Border was stricken with the disease
    on Monday and was removed to the
    hospital yesterday. He was employed
    as a boilermaker by the American
    Boiler Works on East Niagara street.
    Surviving are a wife, four sons.
    George, Arthur. Joseph and Edmund
    Border, and three duaghters, Florence,
    Maud and Blanche Border, all of
    North Tonawanda. The funeral will
    be held Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock
    from Ascension church. Rev. J. F.
    Kelly will conduct the service and burial
    will be at Mt. Olivet.

    NORTH TONAWANDA - Mrs.
    Lulu A. Border, 64. died suddenly
    yesterday at'her home. 311 Bryant
    street. Bom in Ogdensburg. N. Y„
    she had resided in North Tonawanda
    the last 35 years. She leaves
    a daughter. Mrs. Donough G. Love-
    grove, of Tonawanda; three sons,
    George, of Tonawanda, and Edmund
    and Joseph, of North-Tonawanda;
    five granchlldren: a sister,
    Mrs. Frank Delaney, of Alexandria
    Bay. and three brothers, George
    Thompson, of North Tonawanda.
    Herbert Thompson, of Syracuse, and
    Alvln Thompson, of Syracuse.
    Rites will be held Monday mottling
    at 8:30 from the home of her
    son, Edmund, 72 Second avenue,
    and half an hour later In the Attention
    church. The Rev. Daniel Molloy
    will officiate and burial will be
    In Mt, Olivet cemetery.
