    pronounced dead on arrival last
    night at DeGraff Memorial
    Hospital after being stricken at
    home. The rescue squad of the
    Fire Department was called at
    7:21 p.m. and gave'him first aid
    before he was taken to the
    hospital.

    A beautiful wedding ceremony
    held yesterday in the First Presbyterian
    church at 5 o'clock united
    in marriage Miss Imogene Rech,
    daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred
    Rech, and John Haacker, son of
    Mrs. Frank Janowsky, of Adam
    street.
    The bride was attended by her
    sister, Audrey, and the groom's
    attendant was Carl Soldwisch.
    The bride wore an attractive
    fitting gown of green velvet
    a matching turban ornamented
    with pearls. Her maid-of-honor
    wore red velvet with matching
    turban. Both carried handsome
    bouquets of mixed chrysanthemums.
    The bride's mother. Mrs. Fred
    Rech, chose a black sheer ensemble
    with corsage. The mother of
    the groom, Mrs. Janowsky, wore
    dubonnet satin.
    A reception for 75 guests at the
    bride's home followed the ceremony.
    Mr. and Mrs. Hawker will be at
    home in Tonawanda following a
    short wedding trip.

    RECH - Agnes C. (nee John-
    son) Rech, 79, of 459 S. Niagara
    St., tonawanda, died Wednesday
    (Feb. 10, 1965) in Sheridan Man-
    or Nursing Home, Town of Tona-
    wanda, after several weeks' illness.
    A native of Tonawanda,
    she was the wife of Fred A. Rech
    who died in 1950 and the daugh-
    ter of Capt. Peter Johnson, who
    died in 1923. Survivors include
    five daughters, miss Emily M.
    Rech and Mrs. Glen (Genevieve)
    Demmin of Tonawanda, Mrs.
    Robert (Audrey) Kirkpatrick of
    Glens Falls, N.Y., Mrs. John
    (Imogene) Haacker of North Ton-
    awanda and Mrs. Alvin (Doro-
    thy) Marohn of Tonawanda; three
    sons, Charles W. of Tonawanda,
    Fred a. Jr. of Delmar, Calif.,
    and Peter J. Rech of South St.
    Paul. Minn.; 18 grandchildren
    and two great - grandchildren;
    aunt of Cyrus Dahl of Tonawan-
    da and William Dahl of Patter-
    son, N.J. and many nieces and
    nephews. Friends may call at
    John O. Roth Funeral Home,
    Morgan and William Streets,
    Tonawana, where services will
    be conducted by Dr. Harold J.
    Drown Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Bur-
    ial will be in Elmlawn Ceme-
    tery.
