    -NORTH TONAWADA--Glenn L Folmsbee, 42, of
    83 Christiana St., died today (Nov. 12, 1966) at the
    Veteran's Administration Hospital in Buffalo after a
    long illness.
    A lifelong resident of this
    city, Mr. Folmsbee was a
    member of Friedens United
    Church of Christ. He was a
    W.W. II Army veteran, and
    was- employed as a signalman
    by the New York Central
    Railroad.
    He is survived by his widow,
    the former Shirley Peters;
    three sons, Jeffrey, Alan and
    David Folmsbee, all of this
    city; and a brother, Bert
    Folmsbee, Tonawanda.
    Friends may call from 2 to
    4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Wattengel
    Funeral Home, where
    services will be conducted at
    1:30 p.m. Tuesday by Rev.
    Carl K. Marks. Burial-will be
    in Friedens Cemetery.

    North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 12/8/1948

    In a quiet ceremony held in the
    parsonage of Frieden's Evangelical
    and Reformed Church on Saturday
    Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. Miss Shirley
    Peters, daughter of Mr. and Mrs
    John Peters of 260% Oliver St.
    and Glen Folmsbee of Keil St
    were united in marriage. The Rev
    Carl Berges officiated.
    Attendants for the couple were
    Miss Norma Schmeichel maid-ofhonor,
    and Bert Folmsbee, brother
    of the bridegroom, as best man.
    The bride wore a Hunter green
    gabardine suit with Winter white
    accessories and a corsage of white
    roses and chrysanthemums. She
    wore a rhinestone necklace the
    gift of the bridegroom.
    The bridesmaid was attired in
    a wine colored suit with white accessories
    and wore pink roses and
    bronze pompons in her corsage.
    She wore a silver choker and
    matching bracelet given to her by
    the bride.
    Mr. and Mrs. Peters left for a
    wedding trip and after then return
    will live in 38 Koch St. Tonawanda.
    The bride was feted at a shower
    given by her mother.
