Rudolph Gieseler, 82, of 4411
Lewiston Road, Niagara Falls,
a former Wilson resident, died
Monday at Niagara Falls Memorial
Hospital.
Mr. Gieseler was born June 8,
1887, in Germany, the son of
Wrllaim and Alma Kosher Gieseler.
He lived on Wilson - Burt
Road, Wilson, until the death of
his wife, Mrs. Emma Gieseler,
in 1966. At that time he went to
live with his son, Carl Gieseler,
in Niagara Falls.
Survivors include his son; two
daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Lenora)
Boudreaux of Skokie, Ill.
and Mrs. Richard (Lorene)
Mergler of Eden; a brother,,
William Gieseler of Ransom-
ville; a sister, Mrs. Alfred
Schultz of Ransomville, and five
grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Ham-
ilton and Clark Funeral Chapel,
Wilson, where the family will
be present fro 2 to 4 and 7 to
9 p.m. Funeral services will be
held at 2 p.m. tomorrow. Bur-
ial will be in Blairville Ceme-
tery, Town of Porter.

WILSON~Mrs. Emma Gieseler, 75, of Wilson-
Burt Road, died unexpectedly Monday (Nov. 14, 1966)
in Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital where she had
been a patient for one day.
She was born Feb. 17, 1891,
in the Town of Lewiston, the
daughter of John and Caroline
Schultz Lebove. She married
Rudolph Gieseler in 1909 and
they had resided in the Wilson-
Youngstown area all their
life.
In addition to her husband,
survivors include two daughters,
Mrs. Joseph (Lenora)
Boudreaux, Skokie. Ill., and
Mrs. Richard (Lorene) Merg
ler, Eden, N.Y.; a son. Carl
Gieseler, Niagara Falls; a
sister, Mrs. Clara Rohring,
Wilson, and five grandchildren.
The family will be present
from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at
the Hamilton and Clark Chapel,
where services will be
held at 2 p.m. Thursday. Burial
will be in Blairville Cemetery,
Town of Porter.

WILSON, N. Y.-Mrs. Caroline
La Bove. 77. died at 9 o'clock last
night at the home of her daughter.
Mrs. Edward Rohring. ln this village
after a long period of failing
health Mrs. La Bove was born
in Germany but had resided in Niagara
county for more than 60 years.
Her husband, John F La Bove.
died in 1931. Mrs. La Bove was a
member of St. Peter's Lutheran
church at North Ridge. N. Y.
Mrs. La Bove is survived by two
daughters. Mrs Edward Geisler, of
Newfane, N.Y., and Mrs. Rohring,
of Wilson, and one son, Edward La
Bove, of Niagara Falls. Six grand-
children and four great grand-
children also survive.
Funeral services will be held from
the home of a granddaughter, Mrs.
Norbert Sherrie, of Wood street,
Wilson, Monday, February 14, at
1:30 p.m. and at 2:30 o'clock at
St. Peter's Lutheran church at
North Ridge. The Rev. Carl Old-
ach will officiate. Interment will
be at North Ridge.
