WILSON, Aug. 11-A resident
of Wilson for 79 years, Mrs. Minnie
Fillingham. 86, died at Niagara
Falls Memorial Hospital yesterday
after a short illness.
Mrs. Fillingham had resided in
her West Lake Rd. home for 61
years. She was born in Germany
and was brought to Wilson by her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Rohring,
when seven years old. Her
husband was the late James Fillingham.
Surviving are a son, Edward
Fillingham, 8843 Point Ave., Niagara
Falls; two daughters. Mix
Mary Watson. Lewiston and Mrs.
Irene White, Kenmore; one brother,
Fred Rohring, Ransomville; two
sisters, Mrs. Martha Buckley, Wilson,
and Mrs. Louise Miller, Lockport;
three grandchildren, Kenneth
Fillingham and Mrs. Elizabeth
Murphy, this city, and Donald Anderson.
San Francisco, California,
and nine great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted
at the home Friday at 2:30 p.m.
The Rev. James Middleton, Wilson
Baptist Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery,
