Calkins, of North Tonawanda, age 71, passed away December 8, 2013, following a long illness. Husband of Barbara (nee Kent) Calkins; father of David (Erica) Kennedy, Candy (Cliff) Williams, Carol Calkins and the late Steven Calkins; brother of Joanne Stevens; also survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. Family and Friends are invited to attend funeral services with military honors Saturday at 1:00 PM, at Payne Ave. Christian Church, 1451 Payne Ave., North Tonawanda. The Rev.
