Beatrice A. Zastrow Of Newfane, wife of the late Harold Zastrow entered into rest Saturday February 6, 2016 at Odd Fellow and Rebekah Health Facility. She was born in Cambria, NY on November 4, 1923, daughter of the late Herman and Dana Smith Schultz. Beatrice was a member of the Newfane Senior Citizens. She enjoyed playing bingo and loved helping on the family farm. Mother of Gerald (Patti) Zastrow of Lockport, NY, Kenneth (Jackie Sue) Zastrow of Newfane, NY and Beverly (William) Stephenson of Arcadia, FL. Grandmother of Ann Marie (Jim) Ehler, Georgia (Eric Bartlett) Clark, Amy Lee (Scott) Cudney and Jonathan Zastrow. Sister of the late Frances, Clyde, Allen and Georgianna Schultz. Also survived by 6 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and the late dear friend Russell Urtel. Family and friends may call at the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUNERAL HOME, INC. 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY on TUESDAY 7-9PM and WEDNESDAY 2-4PM. Funeral services will be held on THURSDAY at 11AM in St Peters Lutheran Church 4169 Church Rd. Lockport, NY 14094. Burial will be held in North Ridge Cemetery. EAST WILSON, N. Y., Jan 21.-
Mrs. Roy Faraday, of North Tonawanda,
and Mrs. Floyd Salisbury
gave a shower in honor of Miss
Beatrice Schultz, a bride-elect, at
the home of Mrs, Salisbury, Lake
road, Monday evening. Games were,
enjoyed with prizes awarded. Mrs.
George Faraday and Floyd Salisbury
won first prizes and Mrs. Ernest
Munch and Harold Zastrow were
given consolation prizes. All prizes
were later presented to the bride.
A delicious lunch was served from
a prettily arranged table centered
with flowers and a decorated bride's
cake. Miss Schultz received a beautiful
pink and blue satin comforter,
blue woolen blanket and dishes.
Mrs. Clyde Schultz entertained a
number of guests at her home Wednesday
evening In honor of Miss
Beatrice Schultz who became the
bride of Harold Zastrow Saturday
afternoon at the Lutheran parsonage
at North Ridge, N. Y. The Rev.
Carl W. Oldach performed the ceremony.
Mrs. Willard Schultz entertained
a number of guests at her home on
the Irish road Thursday evening in
honor of Miss Beatrice Schultz.
