    LOCKPORT – Joanne M. Ryder, 79, formerly of Middleport, died March 1, 2019 in Eastern Niagara Hospital. She was born November 26, 1939 in Middleport, a daughter of Leroy and Mary (Kozloski) Klino and had lived in this area her entire life.
    Joanne was a member of Holy Trinity Parish-St. Stephen’s Church, the Lions Club of Lockport, the Keenan Center Arts Council and was a 1958 graduate of Royalton-Hartland Central School.  While being a person who enjoyed traveling, she particularly enjoyed going to Colorado, and the Thousand Islands. Joanne also loved to shop and play golf. She and her husband never took a trip without having 2 sets of clubs in the car. She loved to dance, enjoyed music and was a very caring, strong, opinionated and independent woman who will be remembered as a “Free Spirit.”
    She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Bruce; her son, Greg Ryder of CO; her daughter, Marci (James) Cleary of Fairport; her grandchildren, Mackenzie and Jack Cleary; sisters, Clara Lou Sadlocha of Middleport and Geraldine Liuzzi of Middleport; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
    There will be no prior calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be scheduled for a later date and burial in Hartland Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 101 John James Audubon Pkwy, Amherst, NY, 14228 or St. Jude’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl., Memphis, TN, 38105.

    MIDDLEPORT - LeRoy C. Klino,
    33 Francis St., died Sunday at his
    home following a long illness.
    He was born March 28, 1910 in
    Middleport, to Louis and Clara
    (Stahl) Klino Sr., and lived in
    Middleport all of his life. He was a
    rolling mill operator at Harrison
    Radiator, Div. GMC, for 29 years,
    retiring in 1970.
    He and his wife, the former Mary
    Kozloski, celebrated their 50th
    wedding anniversary in April of this
    year.
    Besides his wife, survivors include
    three daughters, Mrs. Anthony
    (Geraldine) Liuzzi of Lyndonville,
    Mrs. Richard (Clara) Sadlocha and
    Mrs. Bruce (Joanne) Ryder, both of
    Middleport; two grandchildren,
    Gregory Ryder of Coco Beach, Fla.
    and Marci Ryder of Rochester; two
    .brothers, Leon Klino and Louis
    Klino, both of Middleport, and
    several niece* and nephews.
    Friends may call tonight (7-9) and
    Tuesday (2-4, 7-9) at the Bates,
    Wallace and Heath Funeral Home
    Inc., 38 State St., where funeral
    services will be held Wednesday at
    11 a.m. The Rev. Samuel Faiola will
    officiate and burial will be in St.
    Stephen's Cemetery.
    Memorial gifts may be made to
    Lockport Memorial Hospital or the
    Heart Fund.

    MIDDLEPORT. Feb. 27.-Louis
    Klino, 73, of the Ridge road, Town
    of Hartland, died yesterday following
    a short illness. Mr. Klino was
    a veteran of the Spanish-American
    War.
    He is survived by three sons, Roy,
    Leon and Louis Klino, all of Middleport:
    five grandchildren; one sister,
    Mrs. flattie Hall. Barker; one
    brother. Oscar Klino, Niagara Falls,
    and several nieces and nephews.
    The body is at the family home
    where funeral services will be held
    Friday al 2 p.m. The Rev. Clarence
    Bower will officiate. Interment
    will be in Hartland Central cemetery
    Lincoln Post 1483, Veterans of
    Foreign Wars, Medina, will assist
    with the services at the cemetery.

    St, were honored at a dinner
    and reception April 14 to
    celebrate their 45th wedding
    anniversary.
    The dinner was held at the
    Town and Country Restaurant,
    and the reception at "Everwood,"
    the residence of Mr.
    and Mrs. Louis Klino, Ridge
    Road.
    Mr. Klino and the former
    Mary Kozloski of Medina were
    married April 14,1934 at Sacred
    Heart Church, Medina. The
    honor attendants for the couple
    were Louis Klino of Middleport
    and Gertrude Kirkpatrick of

    Buffalo.
    Mr. Klino was employed by
    Harrison Radiator Div. GMC,
    Lockport, for 30 years when he
    retired.
    The couple are the parents of
    Mrs. Anthony Liuzzi of Lyndonville,
    Mrs. Richard
    Sadlocka and Mrs. Bruce
    Ryder of Middleport. They
    have two grandchildren.

    Medina.

    standard time from the' home of the
    daughter, Mrs. Louis Mead, town of
    Hartland. The Rev. Conrad Poedkler
    of Medina, will officiate. Interment
    will be in Hartland Central cemetery.
    Mrs. .Klino was born in Germany,
    but had' resided in the United States
    for the past 48 years and In this vicinity
    for the past 22 years. She Is survived
    by two daughters, Mrs. Ward J.
    Hall, of Somerset, and Mrs. Louis Mead,
    of Hartland; four sons, Louis Kllno, of
    Hartland, and Gus, Oscar and Charles,

    MIDDLEPORT, May 24 - Mrs August Stahl. age 78 years, died Saturday evening at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Albert Fiertz, east of the village on the State road. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Fiertz, Mrs. August Schrader of Middleport, Mrs. John Schrader of Medina, Mrs. Lewis Klino of the Ridge road, three sons Charles and John Stahl at Middleport and Rudolph Stahl of Royalton Center. two sisters, one at Wolcottsville and one at the Ridge. The funeral will be held tomorrow at 2 o'clock, new time, from the Fiertz home. Burial at Mountain Ridge cemetery.
