    Falls for 25 years, Anthony
    John Adams, 47, of 2435 Ontario
    avenue, died suddenly while watching
    a baseball game at Hyde Park
    stadium last, night. He was pro
    nounced dead by Dr. Salvatore
    LaTona before firemen, under Deputy
    Chief John R, Barron, arrived
    at the scene,
    Born in Crescent, Pa., Mr. Adams
    had resided in this city for 42
    years. He was employed as a welder
    In the welding shop at the. corporation
    yard, was In charge of
    the large garage there and at times
    drove the truck for the street repair
    department.
    He was a member of the, City
    Employes union,' Local 138; the
    Pulaksl club and the Young Men's
    Republican club.
    Surviving are his wife, Mary
    Yanlk Adams; six daughters, Mrs.
    John Padgett, Mrs. Earl Welsby,
    Mrs. Francis Martlneau, Betty and
    Barbara .Adams, all of this city three
    sons, Pfc. Robert Adams,
    USAF. Randolph field, Tex; John
    and Thomas, both of this city; his
    father, Anthony Adams; two brothers,
    Charles and John, and two
    grandchildren, all of this city;
    Funeral services win,be held at
    8:30 am. Tuesday at the home, 2435
    Ontario avenue; and at 9 o'clock at
    Sacred Heart church. Interment
    will be in Gate of Heaven cemetery.

    last 10 years, was reported
    dead on arrival at Memorial
    Hospital at 6:40 p.m.
    Saturday, (June 11, i960).
    Mrs. Adams was taken to
    Memorial by Niagara ambulance
    after attempts to
    revive her by inhalator
    failed.
    Mrs. Adams, 55, of 2435
    Ontario Ave., was the widow
    of the late Anthony J.
    Adams, who died in 1950.
    She was born in this city
    and had lived here all her
    life. She was a "member of
    Sacred Heart Church.
    Mrs. Adams is survived by
    three sons, John and Robert
    Adams, this city, and Thomas
    Adams, stationed with
    the Army at Ft. Eustis, Va.;
    six daughters, Mrs. Dorothy
    Padget, Hayward, Calif.;
    Mrs. Marian Wellsby, Mrs.
    Ruth Martlneau, Mrs. William
    Gandt, Mrs. .Robert
    Peters and Miss Barbara
    Adams, all of this city; one
    sister, Miss Anna Yanlk,
    this city; three brothers,
    Paul Yanik, this city, Joseph
    Yanlk, North Tonswanda,
    John Yanik, Phoenix,
    Ariz. and 19 grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be
    arranged through Otto
    Redans Funeral Home.

    Niagara street, died at his home
    last evening after an illness of several
    years.
    Born in Poland, Mr. Adams
    came to this country 50 years ago.
    He was at one time employed as a
    janitor at the Certalnteed Products
    corporation. Mr. Adams is survived
    by two sons, Charles and John
    Adams, and a brother, Peter Adams,
    all of this city.
    Funeral services will be held Wednesday
    at 9:15 a.m. at the Tubinis
    Funeral home and at 10 a.m. at
    St. Stanislaus Kostka church. Interment
    will be in Gate of Heaven
    cemetery.

    survived by 19 grandchildren. Funeral
    services will be held from the family
    home. 3314 Walnut Avenue, Tuesday.
    April 24, at 9:15 a. m. and at 10 o'clock
    from St. Stanislaus Kostki church.
    Interment at Gate of Heaven cemetery.
    Deceased was a member of the follow-
    ing societies: Holy Rosary of St Stanislaus
    Kostki church, Apostleship of
    Prayer. 3rd Order of St Francis.

    of Anthony Adamus, Sr., of 3314
    Walnut avenue, died in Mount St.
    Mary's hospital yesterday after an
    illness of several weeks.
    Born in Poland, Mrs. Adamus resided'here
    37 years. She was a
    member; Of the Rosary society of
    St. Stanislaus Kostki church, the
    Apostleship of Prayer and the Third
    Order of St. Francis.
    Besides her husband, she is survived
    by three sons, Anthony
    Adamus, Jr., and Charles and John
    Adamus, all of this city, and b y 15
    grandchildren.
    The funeral win be held from the
    family home at 9:15 a. m. Tuesday,
    with services at St. Stanislaus
    church at 10 a. m. Interment will
    be made in Gate of Heaven cemetery.
