A beautiful fall wedding took
place Saturday morning. September
10. when Miss Joserlhine Alongi.
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank
Alongi. of Grand avenue, became
the bride of Russell Vaccarella. son
of Mrs. Phyllis Manelli. of Ferry'
avenue. The wedding was solemnized
in St. Joseph's church with the
Rev. Daminio officiating.
The bride, who was given in
marriage by her father, wore a gown
of white lace made over satin with
a graceful train. Her net lace veil
matched her gown. She carried
white rases and lilies of the valley
which were tied with a large bow
from which fell tiny streamers.
Miss Lillian Delgrosse of W i n d -
ler. Pa . maid of honor, wore a gown
of aquamarine with matching ac-
eessorles Her flowers were roses ,
and baby's breath.
Miss Josephine Laware. of Buf-
falo. and Miss Carmel Alongi and ,
Miss Mary Alongi. sisters of the
bride, were bridesmaids. They wore
old rose gowns with stiver accessories
and carried bouquets of pale
pink rose.s and baby's breath

Sam Vaccarella. brother of the
groom, and Richard Raymond, of
this city, were the ushers
The bride's mother wore a gown
of navy blue crepe with matching
accessories and her corsage was of
rases The mother of the groom
wore a gown of navy blue chiffon
with matching accessories and a
corsage of roses.
The wedding dinner was served
at the como restaurant where the
bride's table was centered with a
three-tiered wedding cake. A recep-
tion was later held at the Lincoln
restaurant.
Parties which were given for the
bride included: Showers by Miss
Lillian Delgrosse, Miss Mary Cacca-
rella, Mrs. Vitim Alongi and Mrs.
Victor De Stenta.
Mr. and Mrs. Vaccaarella will re-
side at 633 Twenty-seventh street
upon their return from their wed-
ding trip to New York and through
Pennsylvania. The bride traveled
in a black chiffon frock with ac-
cessories to match.
