    of the death of her brother, Henry
    Ammon, Washington, Tuesday at
    West Point in the home ot his
    daughter, Mrs. Marlon Buck.
    Hs was born in Weat Leyden in
    1864 and also resided in Lee Center
    and Taberg. The body will be
    taken to West Leyden for burial.
    He married Miss Mary Beha, West
    Leyden, who died June 22, 1932. He
    went to Washington 20 years ago.
    where he had since lived. While
    living in Taberg he conducted a
    meat market.
    Two daughters survive, Miss
    Ethel Ammon. Washington. Mrs.
    Buck. West Point: a sister,. Mrs.
    Shankenbury. Rome, a brother,
    George Ammon. West Leyden:
    several nieces and nephews In West
    Leyden, Rome and Watertown.

    Henry married BEHA, Mary A on 22 Jan 1889 in Mohawk Hill, Lewis County, NY. Mary (daughter of BEHA, Matthew and WILBERT, Mary Anna) was born on 17 May 1860 in West Leyden, Lewis County, NY; died on 22 Jun 1932 in Washington City, District Of Columbia, District of Columbia, USA.     Christopher Ammon died last Sunday
    at the home of his son, George Ammon,
    in West Leyden. The deceased was born
    in Germany 69 years ago, but had re
    sided in West Leyden the past 85 years,
    where he was engaged in farming . Two
    sons survive, George Ammon, of West
    Leyden, and Henry Ammon, of Lee
    Center, and three daughters; Mrs. Charles
    Burg, of Vernon Center; Mrs. Henry
    Schmoker, of West Leyden, and Mrs
    Philip Shankenbury, of Rome.
