    STERLING HEIGHTS, MI - Robert M. Tokarczyk, Korean War veteran, resident of Sterling Heights, MI, formerly of North Tonawanda, died, peacefully, on February 14, 2012. He was 81 years of age. Retiree from General Dynamics.

    Beloved husband of 60 years to Phyllis; dearest father of Daryl (Sondra), Robert David, Roxanne (Robert) Rice, Lauretta (Tim) Stevens and the late Phillip; cherished grandfather of David, Bradley, Martin Ellis, Candice (Tom) Salyer, Michael, Matthew and Merissa Stevens and the late Robert; great-grandfather of Phillip Tokarczyk and Rayne Salyer; and brother of Joan and the late Thomas (Dorothy) and Theresa Dunham; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

    Visitation will be held in Faulmann & Walsh Golden Rule Funeral Home, 32814 Utica Rd., Fraser, Thursday from 2-8 PM and Friday from 10-10:30 AM in church. Funeral in St. John Lutheran Church of Fraser on Friday at 10:30 AM. Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery on Friday at 2:30 PM. Memorials to St. John Lutheran Church appreciated.

    A very pretty wedding was solemn-
    ized at 7 o'clock Wednesday evening,
    Nov. 25, at St. Paul's Lutheran church,
    when Miss Esther Kuder, daughter of
    Mrs. L. Kuder of 18th street, became
    the bride of Mr. Raymond Broecker, of
    Monroe street. North Tonawanda, N. Y.
    Rev. John Kuder of Hanover, Ont.,
    brother of the bride performed the
    ceremony. He was assisted by the
    Rev. Zlemer. pastor of the church.
    The church was meautlfully decorated
    with palms.
    Tlie bride was lovely in a gown of
    white all over lace, fitted tight at the
    waist line and cut low in neck line.
    Her veil being trimmed with Venetian
    lace, made cap style, caught with
    orange blossoms around the head. 8he
    carried an arm bouquet of white roses,
    baby pom poms and chrysanthemums.
    Miss Helen Haack, of Buffalo, the maid
    of honor was gowned in Alice blue
    satin, bodice style and carried pink
    roses and pink pom poms. Franklin
    Kuder, brother of the bride was best
    man.
    The bride's mother was attractively
    gowned" In navy blue crepe. The
    groom's mother was gowned In navy
    glocel crepe.
    Immediately following the ceremony
    a wedding supper was served at the
    home of the bride. The house being
    beautifully decorated throughout with
    pink and white. Covers were laid for
    fourteen at the bride's table, which was
    centered with a beautiful wedding cake.
    At either end of table stood electric
    tapers in silver holders.
    Guests were present from Buffalo,
    Tonawanda and Hanover. Ont.
    Prenuptials affairs for the bride were
    a variety shower given by the groom's
    mother, Mrs. R. Aderman. North Tonawanda;

    Tuesday, December 12, 1922
    Herman A. Broecker, 49 years old, of 30 Monroe avenue, died suddenly early this morning in the DeGraff Memorial hospital. Mr. Broecker was taken ill a week ago but was not removed to the hospital until last night. He was born in Wheatfield and moved here about seven years ago. He is survived by his widow Rose, two sons, Raymond, Nelson; six daughters, Viola, Eleanor, Loretta, Dorothy, Mrs. Louis Stanz and Mrs. Walter Fritz; three brothers, Albert of Youngstown, N. Y., William of North Tonawanda and Gustave of Martinsville and one sister, Mrs. William Heppner of St. Johnsberg. The funeral will be held on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the family residence and from St Mark's church a half hour later. Rev. Paul Fretthold will officiate. Burial will be held at Elmlawn.

    F. E. KUDER DIES
    Old and Highly Respected North End Resident Expires After Operation.
    Frederick E. Kuder, 53 years old, 1814 Eighteenth street, died at 10:30 o'clock last night in Memorial hospital, following an operation. Mr. Kuder was an old and highly respected resident of the north end section of the city and had been. employed for a. number of years by the USL Battery corporation. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Louise Kuder; two sons, the Rev. John Kuder, Hanover, Ont., and Frankling (sic), this city. and a daughter, Esther, this city.
    Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home and at 2 :30 o'clock in the St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran church, Cleveland avenue and Eighteenth street, the Rev. Edward Nemeschy. pastor at the church. officiating, Burial will be in St. Paul's cemetery, Bergholtz.
