    NIAGARA FALLS — Kenneth J. Brockett, Sr., 35, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center in Niagara Falls, NY. Born on February 7, 1977 on the Williams Air Force Base in Chandler, AZ, he was the son of Kenneth Alan (Vicky) Brockett of Lockhart, TX and Wanda J. (Robert) Salerno of Niagara Falls, NY.

    Ken, as he was known by family and friends, was raised in Elwood, IL and came to Niagara Falls, NY at the age of 16. Since the age of 14, he worked as a mason for various companies. Most recently, Ken was a stay at home dad. He loved cars. Ken enjoyed playing Mob Wars on Facebook, playing darts, hunting and fishing.

    In addition to his parents, Ken is survived by his loving companion, Melissa A. Mason of Niagara Falls, NY; four children, Summer Joy Brockett of Pennsylvania, Kenneth Jeremy Brockett, Jr. of Pennsylvania, Kaitlynn Mae Brockett of Niagara Falls, NY, and Makenna Elise Brockett of Niagara Falls, NY; and two step-sisters, Crystal (Greg) Fenzel of Lockport, NY and Gloria Joy (Mark) Cooper of Lockport, NY.

    The family will be present to receive friends on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM in the Chapel of OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY (297-9007), where a funeral service will be held on Monday, March 12th at 11:00 AM. Prayers of committal will follow in Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings in Ken's name may be made to WildKritters, 5357 Subbera Road, Lockport, NY 14094.     BERGHOLZ - Robert O. Schultz, 62, of Bergholz died yesterday (March 7, 1984) in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after being stricken at home, with an apparent heart attack. A native of North Tonawanda, Schultz served during World War II with the Army Air Corps. He lived in Bergholz since 1950 and had worked in the maintenance department at the International Filler Corp. in North Tonawanda for 43 years, retiring last August due to illness. He was a member of the Sikora Post American Legion in North Tonawanda, Survivors include his wife, Alice (Loeschke); a Son, Robert W. of Rochester; a daughter, Deborah Mason of Niagara Falls; a brother, Edmund Schultz of Elma, N.Y.; two sisters, Mrs. Caroline McAllister of Hamlin, N.Y., and Mrs. Walter (Dorothy) Fura of North Tonawanda; and a granddaughter. He was the brother of the late Charles Schultz. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Rhoney Funeral Home, 5893 Hoover Road Sanborn. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home. Burial will be in Wheatfield Cemetery. Contributions to the charity of one's choice are acceptable as tribute.

    WHEATFIELD — Alice Ruth (Loeschke) Schultz, age 86, of Wheatfield, was called to her heavenly home on December 12, 2011 while in the Niagara Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. Born in North Tonawanda, NY, on March 24, 1925 to the late William and Ruth (Wolf) Loeschke. She was a member of St. James Ev. Lutheran Church in Bergholz, was a devoted homemaker and enjoyed crossword puzzles.

    Survivors include two children, Robert W. (Elizabeth) Schultz of Avon, NY and Deborah L. Mason of Niagara Falls; five grandchildren, Melissa Mason (Ken Brockett), Aimee Fotus, Brandon Schultz, Devon Schultz and Allison Banko; two great-grandchildren, Evan Fotus and Kaitlynn Brockett; two sisters, Norma Scherrer and Ruth Haseley both of FL; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband,Robert Schultz in 1984; a brother, William Loeschke; and a sister, Helen Roberts.

    Friends may call at the DUBOIS FUNERAL HOME, 2436 Niagara Road, (Bergholz) in Wheatfield on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Services will be conducted by the Rev. Jeff Milsten, on Friday at 11:00 AM in St. James Ev. Lutheran Church, corner Niagara Road and Rohr St. in Bergholz. Interment in St. James Lutheran Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Association.
