Mrs. Joseph M. Zito. 26, wife of
Joseph M. Zito, of 358 Twelfth
street, and daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Michael Augustino. of the same
address, died In St. Mary's hospital
Saturday night at 7:15 o'clock after
an Illness of 13 months.
She was the former Miss Margaret
Augustino. Born in Niagara
Falls in 1919, she- attended the
schools here and is a graduate of
the Niagara Falls high school.
Mrs. Zlto's death is the third occurring
in the Immediate family
within a period of three months.
She gave birth to a daughter on
April 17. 1945. The child
ten days later. On June 5 her
brother, Frank Augustino. passed
away.
Besides her husband and parents,
she is survived by two sisters, Mrs.
Celestino Garcia and Eleanor Augus-
tino, and four brothers, Joe, Dom-
inick, Sam and Angelo. Sam and
Angelo Augustino are well known
local athletes.
The funeral will be held from the
residence Wednesday morning at 9
o'clock with services at 9:30 o'clock
at St. Joseph's church. Interment
will be at St. Joseph's cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Augustlno.
Of Twelfth street, announce the
engagement of their daughter, Margaret
Agnes, to Mr. Joseph Zlto, son
of Mrs. Joseph Zito and the late
Mr. Zlto, of Eighteenth street. The
wedding will take place in the near
future.

Michael A. Augustino, 82,
of 422 32nd St., died Sunday
(Nov. 17, 1963) after a long
illness.
Mr. Augustirio was bora in
Italy and came to Niagara
Falls about 50 years ago. He
lived at 358 12th St. before
moving to the home of his
daughter, Mrs. William Hamilton,
at the 32nd Street address.
He was a yard master at
the Cox Coal Co. for 38 years
before retiring in 1946.
He was a member of the
M.S. Calogera Society and
the Holy Name Society of St.
Joseph's Church.
In addition to Mrs. Hamilton,
he is survived by another
daughter, Mrs. Celestino Garcia,
Town of Niagara; four
sons, Joseph, Dominic and
Police Patrolman Samuel Augustino;
14 grandchildren and
10 great grandchildren, and
a sister in Italy.
Funeral services will be
held from the Magaddino Memorial
Chapel Inc. Wednesday
at 9:30 a.m. and at St.
Joseph's Church at 10:15 a.m.
with burial in St. Joseph's
Cemetery.
Friends may call at the
chapel from 2 to 10 p.m.

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Augustino,
who will celebrate their
golden wedding anniversary on
Sunday, will be honored at an
open house to take place Sunday
at their home, 358 12th St.
Hosts at the celebration, which
will be held from 4 to 9 p.m.,
will be the honored couple's
sons, Joe Augustino, Dominic
Augustino, Sam Augustino and
Angelo Augustino, and their
daughters, Mrs. Rose Garcia and
Mrs. Eleanor Hamilton.
The anniversary, celeorants
will renew their wedding vows
at 11 a.m. mass at St. Joseph's
Church on Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Augustino were
wed July 7, 1907 at St. Peter's
Church, Port Henry. They have
14 grandchildren and three
great-grandchildren.
