Gloria (Manuse) Augustino, 74, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Serafino J. and Rose J. (Peri) Manuse, Jr.
Gloria was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY. She attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School. On June 17, 1961 she married Michael Augustino at St. Joseph Church in Niagara Falls. Michael predeceased her on March 26, 2006. Gloria was a gifted florist her entire life and for many years she worked as a floral designer at the former Celenza Florist in Niagara Falls, NY. Gloria enjoyed cooking particularly for her family, who she loved spending time with, especially her grandchildren.
Gloria is survived by three daughters Janis (Rocky) Leo of Lewiston, NY; Cathy (Pat) DeLorenzo of Seminole, FL and Dianne (Todd) Havens of Lewiston, NY; seven grandchildren Micheline Loring, Samantha Leo, Valerie DeLorenzo, Rachael DeLorenzo, Alex Leo, Jenna Havens and Jack Havens; one sister Connie (Gene) Molak of Niagara Falls, NY; two brothers Gary (Melanie) Manuse of South Carolina and James (Nancy) Manuse of Youngstown, NY; her sister-in-law and close friend Linda (late Charles) Augustino of the Town of Niagara as well as her sisters-in-law Mary (Matthew) Bernat and Kathy (late Steve) Gioaninni and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be on Sunday August 2nd from 3 - 8 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday August 3rd at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph Parish at St. Joseph Church, 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Stewart Lindsay O.S.F.S officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Entombment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY. Memorial donations may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094.

at the double-ring ceremony uniting
the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Serafino
Manuse Jr., Woodlawn Avenue, and the
son of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Augustino, 12th

. GIVEN IN marriage by her father, the
bride was attired in a tucked silk organza
gown styled with Alencon lace re-embroidered
with pearls at the Sabrina neckline
and short sleeves. The bell shaped skirt
continued to a chapel train.
A crystal and seed pearl crown secured
her triple silk illusion veil edged with
pearls, and she carried a cascade of white
orchids and stephanotis with ivy,

MRS. EUGENE Molak was matron of
honor for her sister wearing a white silk
organza gown with turquoise embroidery
at the bodice. A turquoise face-framing
headpiece with a veil and a bouquet of
aqua pompons centered with glamellias
completed her ensemble.
Miss Patti Brigante was bridesmaid attired
similarly to the honor attendant.
Clem DeFelice was best man and Anthony
Morreale served as usher.

AN EVENING reception will be held at
the Como Restaurant. The mother of the
bride will receive guests gowned in beige
chiffon with matching accessories. The
mother of the bridegroom has chosen a
blue chiffon gown and matching accessories.
Each will wear a white orchid corsage.
When Mr. and Mrs. Augustino return
from a wedding trip to Miami, Fla., they
will reside at 2261 Woodlawn Ave.
