    Age 81, of North Tonawanda, October 29, 2005 after a brief illness; She was the wife of the late Howard J. R. Binkley; loving mother of Lynne (Clifford) Hummel of Rochester, Gary (Wendy) Binkley, Kathy (David) Gibson, Jeffrey (Wendy) Binkley, Mark Binkley, all of North Tonawanda and the late Howard L. Binkley; mother-in-law of Karen Binkley of North Tonawanda; grandmother of 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; sister of Carol (Helene) Reisig, Jeanette Schisler, Dorothy (Joel) Kew and the late Marie Reisig and the late Carol Gensel; she was the beloved aunt of many nieces and nephews. Ruth's life was reflected by her love of art which was expressed in many forms and shared with everyone. Her life was devoted to her family and faith. Friends may call at the FRETTHOLD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1241 Oliver St., at Ward Rd. in North Tonawanda on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and Monday from 2-4 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 AM from Grace Lutheran Church, 736 Cayuga Dr., Niagara Falls, the Rev. Even P. Gaertner will officiate, interment in St. Matthew Lutheran Cemetery.     NORTH TONAWANDA — Laura D. Ellman (nee Drake), age 86, of North Tonawanda, August 6, 2011, in Weinburg Campus. Laura was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, the A.A.R.P., and was a volunteer at DeGraff Memorial Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Roy and Helen Drake.

    She was the wife of the late Eldred F. Ellman, who died in 1980. Loving mother of Bruce (Alice) Ellman, Ronald Ellman, Wendy (Gary) Binkley, all of North Tonawanda, and Susan (Arsene) Gerber of Kenosha, WI. Dearest grandmother of Douglas (Lisa) Ellman, Lisa (Tim) Lee, Ronald Ellman, Katherine Ellman, John (Kristin) Binkley, Amy (Craig) Rybczynski, Keith Gerber, Kristi Gerber, Todd Gerber, Richard McCumber and Rhonda (Andrew) Monte. Great-grandmother of 13 great-grandchildren. Sister of the late Mary Jane Lanzer and George Drake. Sister-in-law of Lois Aiken. Aunt of several nieces and nephews.

    Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc., 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd., in North Tonawanda on Monday from 7-9 PM and Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 AM from St. Mark Lutheran Church; the Rev. Patrick McKenzie will officiate. Interment in St. Mark Lutheran Cemetery.     supervisor of Niagara Mohawk
    Power Corp., died Monday
    (July 1, 1968) in Memorial
    -Hospital. He was 72.
    Mr. Reisig, of 9906 Cayuga
    Drive, retired from Niagara
    Mohawk in 1959 after 35 years
    with tlie company. Born in Pit-
    tsburgh, Pa., he was a resident
    of Niagara Falls for 45 years.
    He was a World War 1
    veteran and a member of
    LaSalle American Legion Post
    1142. He also belonged to the
    Retired Men's Club, the
    Institute of Electrical Engineers
    Inc.. the Lutheran Layman's
    League, and the 25 Year Club
    of Niagara Mohawk.
    Mr. Reisig is survived by his
    wife, Dorothy; a son, Carl, both
    of Niagara Falls; and four
    daughters, Mrs: Howard (Ruth)

    Falls Man Dies
    Of Heart Attack
    After Checkup
    A Niagara Falls man died of a
    heart attack in a physician's office
    last night (July 19, 1955) only a
    few moments after he had been
    given a cardiograph examination
    for heart action.
    Coroner F. Eugene Ingram, who
    pronounced Roy H. Drake, 53, of
    1365 Whitney .Ave., dead of natural
    causes, said Mr. Drake had
    been sent to the physician's office
    by his own physician to whom he
    had gone for a routine checkup.
    Coroner Ingram said Mr. Drake
    had been in apparent good health.
    Mr. Drake came to this city 15
    years ago from his native home
    at Franklinville. He had been employed
    as a pipefitter at. the DuPont
    plant here.
    He was a member of the Arcana
    Lodge No. 580, F and AM, at
    Austin, Pa.
    Surviving are his wife, Mrs.
    Helen .Drake; a son, M/Sgt.
    George N, Drake, U.S. Army in
    Germany; two daughters, Mrs.
    Leon Strassburg, Sanborn, and
    Mrs. Eldred Ellman, North Tonawanda,
    and a brother, Raymond
    J. Drake, Fonthill, Ont.
    Funeral services for Mr. Drake
    will be conducted at the Gridley
    Funeral Home^rt 10 a.m. on Friday
    with the Rev, Chester C
    Becbe officiating.
    Burial will be in Franklinville.
