    Frances Bacon, Milwaukee, Wis., to William Joseph
    O'Brien, son of Mrs. Genevieve O'Brien, New York
    City.
    Miss Bacon is a graduate of Stella Niagara Seminary
    and Mercyhurst College, Erie, Pa. She has done
    graduate work at Marquette University, Milwaukee,
    and is a teacher in the Milwaukee Public School System.

    Mr. O'Brien was graduated from the City College
    of New York and received a master of science degree
    in metallurgy from New York University.- He was formerly
    associate director of research for the J. F. Jelenko
    Co., New York City. He is now an instructor in
    Marquette University School of Dentistry and College
    of Engineering.
    The wedding is planned for Aug. 10, 1963, in this
    city.
