    Judge Norman D. Fish In surrogate
    court today probated the will and
    codicil of John A. Quester, of Cambria,
    who died March 13. The value
    of the estate is given at $ 500 and upwards
    personal and $1,000 and upwards
    real. Henry W. Quester, a son,
    living at Niagara Falls, is the executor.
    Under the will Herman A. Quester,
    another son, of Cambria, Is given the
    household furniture and effects.
    The balance of the personal property
    goes to Henry W. and Frank Quester,
    sons, both of Niagara Falls, share
    equally.
    The Lerch farm, containing 100
    acres and occupied by decendent up
    to the time of hla death, is bequeathtd
    to Herman A. and Albert C. Quester,
    sons, the latter of Rochester. This
    farm Is located In Cambria.
    Another farm of 42 1-2 acres on the
    Lower Mountain Road near Cambria
    Center goes to Dona Quester, a granddaughter.
    Miss Quester is a daughter
    of August F. Quester, of Rochester,
    The balance of the estate is divided
    equally among Herman A., Albert C.
    and Henry W., sons and Dona, the
    grand-daughter.
    The codicil directs that money
    loaned to Herman A., Albert C. and
    Augustus F. Quester be made leins on
    their bequests.

    Mrs. Katherhie Mack, widow of
    John E. Mack and one of the most j
    widely known residents of the north!
    end section of the city, died today at
    her home, 1661 Ontario avenue. She
    was 83 years old and had been ill
    only two weeks. Plans for the funeral
    have not been completed.
    Born In Wurten, Germany, Mrs.
    Mack came to Niagara Falls when
    she was 16 years old and had lived
    here ever since. She was held in
    the highest esteem among a wide
    circle of friends, she was a member
    of the Zlon Lutheran church for the
    past 67 years and was an active
    worker in numerous church affairs
    She was a member of the Ladles Aid
    society of the church and of Riverdae
    Rebekah Lodge. No. 195, I.O.O.P.
    Mrs. Mack is survived by three
    sons, Jacob, Charles and John Mack,
    all of this city; four daughters, Mrs.
    John Gassier, Mrs. Fred Winker and
    Mrs. Louis Hudson, of this city, and
    Mrs. Herman Quester. of Sanborn;
    21 grandchildren and ten greatgrandchildren
