    Bane, daughter of Mr. and
    Mrs. George W. Bane of South

    and Arthur Natt Blanchard.

    St., Lyndonville.
    Officiating at the candlelight
    service when the bride
    was given in marriage by her
    father, was the Rev. Paul
    Franke.
    The bride chose a floorlength
    gown of silk mist taffeta
    and rosepoint lace fashioned
    with a jeweled lace sabrina
    neckline, fitted bodice
    and long tapered sleeves. Her
    queen's crown of seed pearls
    and iridescent cyrstals held
    her fingertip veil of silk illusion
    and she carried a cascade
    bouquet of calla lilies
    with salal foliage.
    HOLLY-TRIMMED MUFF
    Miss Carol Brigham of Medina,
    served as the honor attendant
    in a floor - length
    gown of green silk mist taffeta
    and added an open crown
    fur pillbox headpiece. She
    carried a white fur muff accented
    with variegated holly,
    miniature gold grape clusters
    and white lace bells. Attired
    identically but for color were
    the bridesmaids, Mrs. Jack
    Tuttle in royal blue; Miss
    Beverly Brigham in gold;
    Miss Marion Blanchard in
    red; and Mrs. Robert Blanchard
    in gold.
    Serving as ring bearer was
    Jeffrey Prahler of Lyndonville,
    nephew of the groom.
    Jack Tuttle of Middleport
    attended the groom as best
    man. Sharing ushering duties
    were Gerald Bane of Lyndonville;
    Robert Blanchard of
    Macedon, brother of the
    groom; Bradley Bane of Lyndonville,
    brother of the bride;
    and David Hill of Medina.
    Mrs. Clarence Pratt presided
    at the organ and accompanied
    the soloist, Charles Benedict.
    MOTHERS GOWNS
    Mrs. Bane attended her
    daughter's wedding in a beige
    taffeta dress trimmed in fur
    and added gold sweetheart
    roses. Mrs. Blanchard, mother
    of the groom, attended in
    a navy crepe sheath topped

    with a single white camellia.
    The wedding reception was
    held at the Apple Grove Inn,
    Medina, where the focal point
    of the bride's table was a fourtiered
    wedding cake. Frank
    Kowalak's orchestra supplied
    music for dancing.
    For her trip to Philadelphia,
    Pa. and New York City, the
    bride chose a winter white
    wool sheath with brown and
    leopard accessories accented
    with golden roses.
    Upon their return, they will
    make their home with the
    bride's parents in Lyndonville.

    LYNDONVILLE - Harvey C.
    Blanchard, 81, of 67 West Ave., died
    early Sunday morning at Medina
    Memorial Hospital following an
    extended illness.
    He was born in the Town of
    Carlton, April 6,1903, to the late Nat
    and Emma (Zanow) Blanchard. He
    lived in the Lyndonville area all of
    his life and was an employee of
    Carborundum in Niagara Falls as a
    machinist. He worked there for 26
    years and retired in 1968. He was a
    member of the United Methodist
    Church of Lyndonville.
    He married the former Marion
    Bennett in 1931, and she died in 1973.
    He was also pre-deceased by one
    daughter, Marion, and one son,
    Richard.
    Survivors include one daughter,
    Mrs. Charles (Kathryn) Prahler of
    Lyndonville; two sons, Robert
    (Marlene) Blanchard of Macedon,
    Pete (Patricia) Blanchard of
    Lyndonville; seven grandchildren;
    two great-grandsons; and one sister,
    Mrs. Albert (Esther) Goodsell of
    Port Orange, Fla.
    Friends may call today (2-4, 7-9)
    at the Barnes-Tuttle Inc. Funeral
    Home, 112 North Main St., where
    funeral services will be held
    Tuesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Ray
    Albaugh officiating. Burial will be in
    Lynhaven Cemetery.
