    Of Grand Island, NY, passed away on Friday September 30, 2022, in Kenmore Mercy Hospital.  She was born in North Tonawanda, NY, on January 19, 1985, the daughter of Kevin L. and Carol L.  [Wendt] Haseley.
    Jamie graduated from Niagara Wheatfield High School, Niagara County Community, Buffalo State and received her Master's Degree from Medaille University.
    She was the program director at Niagara County Community College Liberty Program for the past 8 years.
    Jamie was actively involved with her children's activities, going to beauty pageants with her daughter and her sons sporting events.
    Jamie was a dedicated mother and wife who cherished her time with family and friends, She was a fun loving person who would light up the room and will be remembered for her  outgoing personality.
    In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband of 9 years, Joshua Reid, her children Carter, Wesley and Vanessa Reid, a brother Jason (Alison) Haseley and was the sister in law of Aaron (fiancee' Shannon Bradley) Reid and Karisa (Nick) Johnson, also many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
    She was the daughter-in-law of the late Bruce Reid and Julia McGill.
    Her family will be present on Thursday from 3-8 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY.
    Jamie's Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 6167 Walmore Road, Sanborn, NY, with the Rev. Kurt Jensen officiating.
    Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery.

    SANBORN - Chester A. Haseley, 63, of Saunders Settlement Road, owner of the Chet Haseley Dairy Farm, died Sunday (Jan. 4,1987) at his farm. He was a member of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Wheatfield, an exempt member of the Sanborn Fire County, and played the tuba in the Sanborn Fire Co. Band for 46 years. Haseley was for many years a baseball player on various local teams. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion Wheatfield Post No. 1451. He was also a member of Amvets Post No. 26 in North Tonawanda. He is survived by his wife, Lillian (Heuer) Haseley; sons, Daniel, Kevin and Randy Haseley of Sanborn; sisters, Helen Kroening and Mrs. Warren (June) Camann of Sanborn; and four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was a brother of the late Martin Haseley and Martha DeVantier. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and Tuesday at the Dubois Funeral Home, 2436 Niagara Road, Bergholz, where the members of American Legion Wheatfield Post 1451 will conduct a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. today. Members of the Sanborn Fire Co. will meet at the Fire Hall at 8 p.m. Tuesday and will conduct a memorial service at 8: 15 p.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. Herbert R. Maxwell will conduct services at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church on Walmore Road. Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery. Contributions to St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church or to a charity of one's choice are acceptable as tribute.

    Robert J. Wendt, of Sanborn, NY, died Wednesday, February 25, 2009 in Mesa, AZ. Born in Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY, on September 6, 1923, Robert was 85 years old.He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jeannette Rich Wendt; and his parents, Ben and Anna Wendt.He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Doris K. Wendt; his four daughters, Sandra Underwood of Shell Beach, CA, Nancy McIvor of North Tonawanda, Niagara County, NY, Carol Haseley of Sanborn, NY and Susan Reiter of Marengo, IL; step-children, Linda Wilson of Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY, Gary Smith of Tampa, FL, Bonnie Melzer of Tucson, AZ; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; his twin brother, Ronald P. He enjoyed 24 years of retirement wintering in Arizona and riding his John Deere in New York. His gift of woodworking brought as much pleasure to him as to those who received his works of art.
