GOTTMAN - William A. Gottman of 96 Telegraph Rd., Middleport, N.Y., suddenly Sunday (March 21, 1976) at Lockport Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis (nee Perry) Gottman; three daughters, Charlene Gottman, at home, Diane Cottony of Washington, DC.,and Linda Cotton at home; his mother, Mrs. William (Margaret) Gottman of Lockport; three sisters, Mrs. Betty Maerten of Lockport, Mrs. John (Carol) Clark of Catskill, N.Y., and Mrs. Roger (Roxanne) Kovach of Ontario, N.Y.; two brothers, Gordon (Jim) Gottman of Lockport and Fred Gottman of Gasport, also several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Monday evening from 7 to 9 and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at the Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, Inc., 38 State St., Middleport where funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock with the Rev. Alvin W. Babcock officiating. Burial in Hartland Central Cemetery. Cataract Lodge,No. 295, F&AM will conduct Masonic services Tuesday evening at 9 o'clock.

LOCKPORT — Phyllis (Perry) Gottman Harvey, of Middleport, passed away peacefully in her sleep at Heritage Manor, Lockport, NY, on July 16, 2012.

Phyllis was born in the Town of Hartland on September 22, 1931, daughter of the late Robert and Mildred (Buehring) Perry.

Phyllis was a 1949 graduate of Royalton Hartland High School. She worked at Fisher Price in Medina for several years until her retirement in l993. She was a previous member of the Middleport Princess Chapter #405 O.E.S. and the Middleport United Methodist Church.

Phyllis was a resident of Middleport for her entire life. She had a cheerful spirit and a hearty laugh. She enjoyed spending time with her family, camping and her recent class reunions. Her perseverance was an inspiration to all.

She was predeceased by her husbands, William Gottman and Anthony Harvey.

Loving mother of Diane (Rick) Strusienski of Lockport, Linda (Kim) Snell of Medina, and Charlene (Mark) Murdoch of Florida. Step-mother of Dave (Joyce) Harvey, Paul (Sandy) Harvey, Karen (Tom) Todd and Kathy (Tom) Riexinger. Also surviving are ten grandchildren, Matthew (Katie) Strusienski, Amy Strusienski, Paul Strusienski, Joseph Snell, Robert (Meghan) Snell, Nathaniel Snell, Danielle (John) Swick, Jason Snell, Michelee (Michael Bochniarz) Murdoch and Andrea (Justin Phipps) Murdoch; several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren and two brothers, Charles (Marge) Perry of Middleport and Donald Perry of Gasport; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St., Middleport, where funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 AM, with the Rev. Stanley Thurber officiating. Burial will be in Hartland Central Cemetery. Memorials to the charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family. Area Woman Dies at 84
MIDDLEPORT - Mrs. Amelia (Haseley) Buehring, 84, formerly of Haseley Road, Wolcottsville died Saturday night (Feb. 19, 1966) at Mount View Hospital, Lockport, where she had been a patient for two days. She was born July 15, 1881 in the Town of Niagara, daughter of John and Fredericka Wolfe Haseley. She was a member of St. Michael's Lutheran Church, Wolcottsville and a lifelong resident of this area. Her husband Charles F. Buehring died in 1937. Surviving are four daughters Mrs. Frank (Leona) Giertz, Lockport; Mrs. Erich J. (Irene) Haseley, Niagara Falls; Mrs, Robert (Lillian) Perry, Middleport; and Mrs. Albert (Carrie) Harvey, Lockport; 10 grandchildren, and 28 greatgrandchildren. Friends may call today and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Wallace and Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St. Middleport, and Tuesdav from 1 to 2 pm. at St. Michael's Church, Wolcottsville.
