Mrs. Velina Howard Batt, 66, wife
of Casper Batt, died at her home in
Cleveland after a long illness. Mrs.
Batt was a resident of Tonawanda until
about 11 years ago when she moved
to Cleveland. Mrs. Batt is survived
by two daughters, Mrs. Laura
Walker and Miss Lillian Batt. one
brother. Thomas Howard of Tona
wanda and three sisters, Mrs. Ella
Oswell and Mrs. Emma Outwater of
Lockport, and Mrs. Hattie Young of
Christiana street this city. The funeral
will be held in Cleveland Tuesday
at 2 p. in.

Velina married BATT, Casper about 1881. Casper (son of BATT, Xavier and Catherine) was born in Jan 1860 in New York; died in May 1950 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, OH. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
