    A beautiful church wedding was
    held in the Methodist Episcopal
    church at North Ridge on Saturday
    afternoon, May 5, a t 4 o'clock,
    when tbe Rev. James T. Haugh united
    in marriage Miss Agnes Bollinger
    daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Duncan A.
    Hollinger, of 219 69th street, Niagara
    Falls, and George Roehrig, son of
    Mrs- and Mrs. George Roehrig, of
    6515 Buffalo avenue, Niagara Palls.
    The bridal party entered the church
    to the.music of t h e wedding march
    played by Miss Myra Wakeman, of
    North Ridge. The bride was given
    away by ber father. She was most
    lovely in a white satln gown. with
    veil arranged with orange blossoms,
    carrying a bouquet of white roses,
    areet peas and bridal wreath lied with
    embroidered white tulle.
    The bridesmaid, Miss Margaret
    Volkstaedt, wore baby blue chiffon
    with pink and blue accessories and
    carried Talisman rosea.
    The mother of tbe bride wore a
    flifured crepe gown with a ahouider
    corsage while the groom's mother was
    attired in a blue crepe gown, also
    wearing a shoulder corsage.
    The groom was attended by his uncle.
    Alfred G. Roehrig, as best man.
    About 50 guests, families and
    friends of the contracting parties were
    present and witnessed tbe ceremony.
    The party returned to Niagara
    Falls, where a wedding dinner was
    served at the home of the groom's
    parents

    SANBORN - Duncan A. Hollinger,
    73. of Sanborn, died at his.
    summer home at Long Point, Ont.,
    Aug. 28 after a long illness. Serv-

    ices were held Wednesday at the
    Lane Funeral Borne with the Rev.
    Donald A. Robinson officiating.
    Mr. Hollinger resided in this
    area for the past 53 years and
    was employed at the Du Pont
    plant for 45 years. He retired
    eight years ago as foreman. He
    was a member of the Du Pont 25-
    Year Club and the Foreman's
    Club.
    Surviving are his wife, Mabel
    Hollinger; four daughters, Mrs.
    Edward Ferguson and Mrs.
    George Henry, Niagara Falls;
    Mrs. James Lum, Sanborn and
    Mrs. George Roehrig, North Ton-
    Eanda; two sons, James Hotger,
    Niagara Falls and Grant
    Hollinger, Snborn; three sisters,
    Mrs. Ellis Wheeler, Acton, Ont.;
    Mrs. Dan MacDonald. Tusllch,
    Ont.. and Mrs. Victoria Kroetch,
    Niagara Falls. He also if survived
    by tea grandchildren and
    two great-grandchildren.
    Burial was in Memorial Park
    Cemetery, Niagara Falls.

    Duncan married SPECK, Mabel on 12 Apr 1905 in Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY. Mabel (daughter of SPECK, William and Mary Anna) was born in Sep 1886 in New York; and died. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

    Miss Mabel Speck of LaSalle and
    Duncan Hollinger of Creiff. Out.,
    were this morning united In marriage
    by tlie Rev. O. R. Pershing of the
    Pierce Avenue Presbyterian church.
    Mr. and Mrs. Hollinger will be at
    home to Iheir many friends in LaSalle
    after a trip to Canadian cities.

    Lo Salle, March 13-Mrs. Mary
    Speck, 78 years old, died yesterday at
    her home in La Salle. She had been
    ill many weeks. She leaves several
    s o n s and daughters. Before coming to
    La Salle Mrs. Speck lived for many
    y e a r s in T o n a w a n d a and previous to
    t h a t was a resident of Lockport. The
    funeral will be on Frlday.
