    NORTH TONAWANDA — Ethel M. "Sue" (nee Zeitz) Suter, age 88, of North Tonawanda, entered into rest on Friday, April 5, 2013. She was a 41-year breast cancer survivor. Ethel was born in Williamsville, NY to the late Anthony and Gertrude (Fix) Zeitz, and had been a resident of North Tonawanda for the greater part of her life. She was the wife of Benton W. Suter, who died in 2005, and had been employed in the Custodial Department for the North Tonawanda School System for 25 years, retiring in 2004. She was a member of St. Jude the Apostle Parish.

    She is survived by two children, Deborah Wilke of the Town of Wheatfield and Roger (Diane) Suter of West Seneca, NY; five grandchildren, Samantha Suter and Jason, Jonathan, Gregory and Chad Wilke; three great-grandchildren, Alec, Abbie and Skyla Wilke; and a sister, Gertrude (late Robert) Grimaldi of Niagara Falls, NY. She was the sister of the late Marvin and Lester Zeitz, Evelyn Kramer, Margaret Becker, Mildred Phillips, Viola Lozo and Dorothy Garlock.

    Family will be present on Monday, April 8, from 3-7 PM only at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad Sts.), City of Tonawanda. Funeral service and burial will be private.

    He is survived by 30
    grandchildren and 28 great.

    A Requiem Mass will be ceebrated
    at 10 a.m. Monday in
    Good Shephard Church here.
    Interment will be in Good
    Shephard Church Cemetery.
    Friends may call Sunday
    from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7
    p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Roth

    died Thursday (May 4,1972) at
    DeGraff Memorial Hospital
    after a short illness.
    Born in the Town of Amherst,
    she had been a resident of this
    city for more than 35 years and
    the Town of Pendleton for five
    years. Her husband, the late
    Anthony B. Zeitz, died in 1970.
    She is survived by two sons,
    Marvin Zeitz of the Town of
    Pendleton and Lester Zeitz of
    Bath, S.C.; seven daughters,

    A Mass of the Resurrection
    will be offered Saturday at
    Good Shepherd Church,
    Pendleton, with the Rev.
    Thomas Devine officiating.
    Burial will be in Good
    Shepherd Church Cemetery.
    Friends may call today from
    2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Roth
    Funeral Home.
