    LeGrand Pletcher, 52, of 815
    East Robinson street, died yesterday
    at the Edward Meyer Memorial
    hospital, Buffalo. He was
    a l i f e - l o n g resident of North Tonawanda
    and a member of the Live
    Hose company and the North Tonawanda
    Firemen's Benevolent association.
    He leaves a son Irving,
    Tonawanda; three daughters,
    Mrs. Leslie Garrison, Mrs. Carl
    Fisher and Mrs. William Lafferty,
    North Tonawanda; eight grandchildren
    a father, Charles and three
    brothers, Roy, Orlee and Stanley,
    North Tonawanda. Rites will be
    held tomorrow afternoon at 1:30
    o'clock from the residence. The
    Rev. John H. Sprock will officiate.
    Burial will be in the City cemetery
    Mr Pletcher conducted a
    barber shop at 163 Thompson
    street.

    Mrs. LeGrand Pletcher, 82 years old
    died at the DeGraff hospital yesterday
    morning of pneumonia. She is survived
    by her husband and four children,
    Dorothy, Emma, Erwin and Mildred
    Pletcher; her mother, Mrs. August
    Neuman; two brothers, Private
    August Neuman of Camp Hancock,
    and Rudolph Neuman of Tonawanda
    and four sisters, Mrs. Charles Kage,
    Mrs. Fred Krull, Mrs. Fred Semon and
    Miss Esther Neuman of the Tonawandas.
    The funeral will be held at her
    mother's residence, 173 Schenk street,
    Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Burial
    will be at Salem cemetery. Rev. E
    A. Schultz will officiate.

    Charles Pletcher, 79, of 32 Delaware
    street, died this morning in
    the DeGraff Memorial hospital. He
    was born in the town of Lewiston,
    but had resided in the Tonawandas
    the greater part of his life.
    He leaves three sons, LeRoy, Orlee
    and Stanley and 14 grandchildren,
    all of the Tonawandas. Rites
    will be held Sunday afternoon at
    2:30 at the residence. Rev. Joe B.
    Maffett will offleate. Burial will
    be in the City cemetery.

    Mrs. Ida Pletcher, 62 years old, wife
    of Charles Pletcher, died .Wednesday

    afternoon at her home in the Colon-
    ial apartments. Mrs. Pitcher was ill
    with pneumonla at the DeGraff Mem-
    orial hospital and- returned home ap-
    parently recovering. She suffered a
    stroke three days ago and died - Wed-
    nesday. She is survived by her hus-
    band, four sons LeKoy. LeGrane Or-
    lee and Stanley, all of the Tona-
    wanda and 9 grand children, 3 great
    grandchildren, one brother. George
    Hall of Tonawanda and one sister,
    Mrs. George Pletcher of North Tona
    wanda. She was a member of Twin
    City Council. No. 37, Daughters of
    Amerlca. Funeral services will be held
    Saturday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock in
    charge of the members" of Twin City
    Council. Rev H. Elliott Chaffee of
    the Grace Methodist church will offi-
    ciate and Interment will be In the
    City cemetery.
