    The marriage of Marlon Bell,
    youngest daughter of Mr. snd Mrs.
    John Bell, of Seventy-third street,
    and Mr. George Pfeifer, Jr., son of
    Mr. and Mrs. George Pfeifer of Pine
    avenue, was solemnized Saturday
    morning at the rectory of the St.
    John de La Salle church, with the
    Rev. Maurice O'Shea officiating.
    The bride chose a gown of white
    taffeta with fingertip illusion veil
    which fell from a halo of orange
    blossoms. Her bouquet was of sweet
    peas and carnations, tied with white
    chiffon.
    Mrs. Donald Hilts, matron of
    honor and sister of the bride, wore
    a gown of gold chiffon with match-
    ing veil, edged with gold sequins.
    A corsage of tiger lilies was worn.
    Miss Louise Pfeifer, sister of the
    bridegroom, and bridesmaid, wore a
    chiffon gown of blue with matching
    veil edged with sequins. A corsage
    of roses and sweet peas completed
    her costume.
    Mr. William Bell was his brother's
    best man and Mr. James Daniels

    was the usher.
    The mother of the bride was at
    tired in a blue and white crepe frock
    with blue accessories. She wore a
    corsage of white sweet peas and red
    roses. The mother of the bridegroom
    wore a gown of pink crepe,
    with black accessories, and corsage
    of tigei lilies and sweet peas.
    The wedding breakfast was served
    at the Plantation, with a reception
    held later at the home of the bride's
    parents.
    Mr. and Mrs. Pfeifer will reside
    in Pine avenue after their return
    from a short trip.

    M. Pfeifer, 66. of 8813 Munson
    avenue, died yesterday at the
    of her son, George Pfeifer. Jr.,
    South Military Road, after a
    illness.
    Born in Elmvale. Ont . Mrs. Pfeifer,.
    had lived in Niagara Falls for
    40 years. She was a member of
    Riverside Presbyterian church, the
    LaSallc Grandmothers' club, the
    Niagara Falls Garden club and the
    LaSalle WomcnA, Republican club.
    Surviving are Tier husband, George
    J. Pfeifer, Sr.; four daughters, Mrs.
    Gertrude Shomers, Mrs. Louise Dawe
    and Mrs. Mary Tierney. all of this
    city, and Mrs. Loretta Bentley. Bradford,
    Pa.: two sons, Fred Pfeifer,
    Boston. N. Y.. and George Pfeifer.
    Jr.. this city; one sister. Mrs. Alice
    Clutc, Allandale. Ont.: one brother,
    Ernie Gray. Toronto. Ont.. and several
    grandchildren.
    The Rev. Charles B. Smith will officiate
    at funeral services at 2 p.m.
    'Saturday at the home, 8813 Munson
    avenue, and interment will be in
    Acacia Park cemetery, Tonawanda

    resident of this city for the last 30
    years, John H. Bell, .76, of 217
    Seventy-third street, died early yes-
    terday after a long illness.
    Mr. Bell was employed by the
    former Niagara Falls Power com-
    pany and: Moore' Business Forms,
    Inc., and by the Certainteed Pro-
    ducts, Inc. He is survived by
    wife, Dorothy, and two sons, Wil-
    liam and .Cyril, this city; four daugh-
    ters, Mrs. William Patrick, Mrs.
    Marion Pfeifer, Mrs. Pearl Hilts and
    Mrs. Rosalind Maday, this city; a
    third son, John, San Diego, Calif.;
    and a fifth daughter, Mrs. Dorothy
    Scott, Montreal, Que.
    Funeral services will, be held at 1

    p.m. Tuesday at the Lane funeral
    home, with the Rev. David H. Weeks
    officiating. Interment , will be in
    Whitechapcl Memorial park ceme-
    tery.

    Funeral services will be held
    Monday at 2 p.m. at the Lane
    Funeral Home for Mrs. Dorothy
    J. Bell, 74, who died yesterday at
    a Buffalo hospital after a long
    illness.
    Born in England, Mrs. Bell lived

    in this city for 32 years. She was
    the mother of eight children.
    She is survived by three sons,
    John Bell Jr., San Diego, Calif.,
    and William Bell and Cyril Bell,
    both of this city, and five daughters.
    Mrs. Dorothy Scott, Montreal,
    Que., and Mrs. Joseph
    Fisher, Mrs. Marion Pfeiffer, Mrs.
    Pearl Hilts and Mrs. Rosland
    Maday, all of this city.
    She also is survived by 11 grandchildren
    and nine great-grandchildren.
    The Rev. John E. Wickenden.
    rector of Epiphany Episcopal
    Church, will officiate at the services.
    Interment will be in White
    Chapel Cemetery, North Tonawanda.
