    St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in
    Rochester was the scene of a quiet
    family wedding on Friday, June 13th,
    when John S. Smallwood of Warsaw
    and Miss Doris Benedict of Castile
    were united in marriage by the Rev.
    Jerome Kates, D. D., rector of the
    church. The bride was dressed in
    a delf blue suit with white accessories
    and wore an orchid shoulder
    bouquet. She was attended by Miss
    Betty Ellen Smallwood of Lexington,
    Ky., sister of the groom. Mr. Smallwood
    had as best man Robert C.
    Mann of Warsaw.
    Following the ceremony, the wedding
    party was served a dinner In
    one of Rochester's Imposing new
    dining establishments on East Avenue
    after which - the young couple
    started on a brief motor trip.
    Mr. and Mrs. Smallwood will re-
    side in Rochester.

    is survived by his wife, Mrs. Flora
    J. Benedict, two daughters and one
    son; also by three brothers and a sister.

    Order Eastern Star, and the Ladles
    Auxiliary of Railroad conductors.
