    Mr. and Mrs. Robert H.
    Benton Jr. are making their
    home at 16 Grove St., Oneonta,
    N.Y. after their marriage
    on June 3, 1967 at 4
    p.m. in the Lutheran Church
    of the Atonement, Oneonta.
    The bride is the daughter
    of Mr. and Mrs. George Robertson,
    48 Orchid Lane, New
    Hyde Park, N.Y. Parents of
    the bridegroom are Mr. and
    Mrs. Robert H. Benton Sr.,
    8681 High St., Barker.
    The Rev. William Gotwald
    officiated at the marriage
    ceremony when the
    bride was escorted to the altar
    by her father.
    She ehose a silk peau de
    Seau street - length modified
    tent dress with lace jacket
    featuring bell sleeves. A pill
    box headpiece held a bouffant
    veil edged with lace
    and she carried a nosegay
    of yellow roses and white
    carnations.
    Attending her sister as
    honor attendant was Miss
    Lynn Robertson wearing a
    mint green modified tent
    dress of silk peau de Seau.
    Roger Benton, brother of
    the groom, was best man.
    Following a wedding trip
    to the Adirondacks, the couple
    is making their home in
    Oneonta.
    The bride was graduated
    with a B.S. degree from Oneonta
    State University this
    month. The bridegroom attended
    the State University
    College at Albany and now
    attends school at Oneonta
    where he is a science major.
    He served for three years in
    the U.S. Army and is employed
    by Radio Station
    WDOS, Oneonta.
