MIDDLEPORT. Dec. 11-Mr. and
Mrs. John Strabee and Mrs. J. B.
Nudd attended the funeral of Mrs.
Minnie Krause at Medina Monday,
Surviving are her husband. August
Krause, a sister, Mrs. John Strabee,
Middleport;; three brothers, William,
Charles and Fred Benz of Medina.

The death of Mrs. Minnie
Krause, aged 67 years occurred at
her home at 1105 South Main
Street Friday morning. She is
survived by her husband, August
Krause, a sister Mrs. John Strebe
of Middleport, three brothers, Wil-
liam Benz, Charles Benz and Fred
Benz, all of Medina. The funeral
will be held Monday afternoon at
two o'clock at her late home.

Minnie married KRAUSE, August about 1882. August was born in Feb 1858 in Germany; and died. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

Carl G. Benz, age 86 years, died at
the home of his daughter, Mrs. John
Strebe, No. 4 Washington Street,
Middleport, this morning. Surviving
are his three sons, William and
Charles Benz of Medina, and Fred
Benz of Oakfield; two daughters.Mrs.
August Krauss of Medina and Mrs.
John Strebe of Middleport, and sixteen
grandchildren. The funeral will
be held at the residence at Middleport
Thursday afternoon at two
o'clock. Burial at Mountain Ridge
Cemetery.

The death of Caroline Benz, aged
84, wife of Carl Benz, died at her
home on Church Street Friday afternoon
at 5:30 o'clock, after a lingering
illness. The deceased had
lived in the vicinity of Medina the
greater part of her life and for the
past nine years has been a resident
here. Mrs. Benz is survived by her
husband, two daughters, Mrs. Minnie
Krause of Medina, and Mrs. John
Strabe of Middleport, and three sons
Charles Benz of Shelby, William Benz
of'Medina, arid Fred Benz of Buffalo.
The funeral will be held from St.
Peter's "Church' on West Avenue
Monday afternoon at- 1:86 o'clock,.
Rev. 'Theodore Kuehner officiating.
Burial will "be made at Green Mountain
Cemetery at Gasport.
