affairs, died yesterday morning
at Nathan Littauer Hospital, the
day after hla birthday.

BORN IN Tonawanda on July
28,i 1900. he waa the proprietor
of the Golden Sands at Piseco.
He waa chairman of the board"
of trustees of Piseco School District
one, president of the -board
of co-operative educational services
of Hamilton county and a
member of the New York State
School Boards association.
. Mr. Diedrich also was a member
of the Piseco volunteer fire
department, Violators club, Tonawanda
American Legion post,
Adirondack Park Association and
the Lake Pleasant Community
Church.
SURVIVORS ARE his wife,
Mra Mildred Wallenberg Diedrich;
hla mother, Mrs. Olive
Diedrich of Piseco; - three sons,
Clyde Diedrich Jr., Robert L.
Diedrich and.Richard C. Diedrich
of, Piseco; a daughter, NMra.
Barbara Ann Parslow of Piseco;
a brother, Franklin Diedrich of
Tonawanda, nieces and nephews.
Services arranged by the Yates
and Corey funeral home of
Northville, will be held at 2 p.m.
tomorrow at the family home.
Rev. Robert Smith of the Lake
Pleasant Community Church will
officiate. Interment will be In
Hlggins Bay cemetary.
