    Funeral services for Charles Rodler 74. a member of the Salvation Army's Citadel Corps since 1829, will be conducted at 11 tomorrow morning in the Buffalo Citadel, 860 Main St. Maj. George Barnes, commending officer, Buffalo Citadel, will officiate. Burial will be in Buffalo Cemetery, Cheektowaga.
    Mr. Rodler, of 1984 George Urban Blvd., Depew, died Wednesday in Sisters Hospital. He operated shoe repair shops in Glenwood Ave., and Sycamore St for 30 years before retiring in 1947.
    Survivors include his wife, the former Lydia Ulriech; four sons, Carl, John, David and William Rodler; a daughter, Mrs. Leslie Peters, and five grandchildren.
