    GENEVA - Mrs. Joyce De Marco, of
    Lockport, and formerly of Geneva, died
    yesterday in Buffalo General Hospital
    after a long illness.
    Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11
    a.m. at the Hanky Funeral Home in
    Lockport.
    Survivors are two sons, James of
    Kendall, and Robert of Lockport, one
    grandson, two brothers, Kenneth Cornell
    of Silver Springs and Donald Hofert of
    Lockport, four sisters, Mrs. Arthur Schwertfeger
    of Churchville, Mrs. James R.
    Briggs of Geneva, Mrs. Howard Lewis of
    Batavia, and Mrs. Dominick Farina of
    Lockport.
    In lieu of. flowers, donations may be
    made to the Cancer Fund.

    Memorial Hospital
    Mr. Hofert was born in

    son of Charles C. and Bertha
    Berndt Hofert. He was a
    farmer in this area all his
    life and retired 12 years ago.
    Survivors include his . widow,
    Mrs. Edna B. Hofert; two

    Lockport, and Kenneth Ho
    fert, of Silver Springs, N.Y.;
    five daughters, Mrs. Dominic

    4960 Ridge Road, Town of Cam
    bria, died today at Mount View
    Hospital, Lockport. She had
    been in ill health for 10 months.
    A 15-year employe of Harrison
    Radiator Division, General
    Motors Corp., Mrs. Hofert
    retired in 1954. She was born
    Jan. 12, 1892 in Lockport, a daughter
    of Frederick and Sarah
    Norris Brooks. She was the widow
    of Walter C. Hofert, who
    died in 1963.
    Surviving are a son, Donald
    C. Hofert of Lockport; a stepson,
    Kenneth Cornell of Silver
    Springs; and five daughters,
    Mrs. Joyce DeMarco and Mrs.
    Betty Farina of Lockport, Mrs.
    Edna Marie Schwertfeger of
    Churchville, Mrs. Mary Briggs
    of Geneva and Mrs. Ruth Lewis
    of Batavia. She is also sur
    vived by a sister, Mrs.. Mae
    Wilson of Lockport, a brother,
    Norris Brooks of Fort Lauderdale,
    Fla., and 17 grandchildren
    and 13 great - grandchildren.
    Friends may call from 2 to 4
    and 1 to 9 p.m. at the Joseph
    M. Kennedy Funeral Home, 122
    Walnut St., Lockport, where the
    fimeral will be held at 10:30
    a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Allen
    S. Keiper, pastor of Warrens
    Corners Methodist Church, will
    officiate.
    Burial will be In Hartland
    Central Cemetery.
