    Notes:

    Richard passed away on Monday, October 14, 2019.
    Richard was a resident of Gasport, New York at the time of passing.
    He was a lifelong resident of Gasport, a 1967 Graduate of Royalton Hartland Central School.
    He joined the Army National Guard in 1969 and served for 27 years, retiring with a Honorable Discharge as Sergeant First Class.
    There are no prior calling hours. Richard's funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 17th at 11:00am at the First English Lutheran Church 185 Locust St. Lockport, NY 14094. Interment will be held in Royalton Mountain Ridge Cemetery.
    In lieu of flowers Memorials may be made to First English Lutheran Church 185 Locust Street, Lockport NY or a charity of one's choice.

    Miss Barbara Pflefer was
    organist and Mrs. Brian
    Hulshoff, soloist. The bride
    was given in marriage by
    her parents.
    For her wedding, she
    wore a full - length white
    peau de sole satin gown
    created with an empire bodice.
    Venlse lace accented
    the dress and detachable
    train. Securing her elbowlength
    illusion veil, was a
    headpiece of satin and venise
    lace. Both the gown and
    veil were created by the
    bride..
    Arranged in the colonial
    bridal bouquet were white
    mums and roses.
    Mrs. David Ward, Lock
    port, served as matron of
    honor. She was attired in an
    A-line blue green rosebud
    brocade gown. A bow headpiece
    held her blue illusion
    veil. Fugi mums and peacock
    feathers formed a cascading
    bouquet.
    Bridesmaids were Mrs.
    Frederick Cloud of Brad
    ford, Pa., and Mrs. C Richard
    Schultz, Newfane. They
    were attired in dresses sim
    ilar to that worn by the
    honor attendant, with green
    illusion veiling.
    Best man to his cousin
    was Douglas Berner of
    Lockport. Ushering duties
    were performed by Bernard
    Dunn, Lockport, and Ronald
    Rosenthal, of Gasport,
    brother to the bride.
    Following a reception at
    Terry's Corners Fire Hall,
    the couple left for a wedding
    trip to Williamsburg,
    They are now living at
    2072 Phillips Road, Burt.
    The bride was graduated
    from Royalton - Hartland
    Central School, Middleport,
    and Bryant & Stratton Business
    Institute, Buffalo. She
    is employed as a secretary
    at the Niagara County Coooerntive
    Extension Association,
    Agricultural Division.
    The groom, also a Roy Hart
    graduate, Is employed by
    Harrison Radiator Division,
    General Motors Corp.
