    LODI - Funeral services for Howard
    D. Betzler, 74, of Lodi, who died Friday,
    will be Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. from the
    Hurlbut Funeral Home, Interlaken.
    Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery,
    Interlaken.
    There will be no calling hours.
    Mr. Betzler was born in the Town of
    Lodi and had lived his entire life in Lodi.
    He was the son of Fred and Mary Jennie
    Betzler. He was a member of the United
    Presbyterian Church of Lodi and the
    Lodi Grange.
    Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Stevanija
    Betzler; a sister, Mrs. Grace Slaght and
    a brother, Don Betzler, both of Interlaken
    and two nephews.

    APPLETON, Jan. 21 - Relatives
    from this vicinity have returned
    from Lodl, where they attended the
    funeral of Fred Betzler, born in Appleton
    69 years ago. He passed away
    In his home last week, of blood
    poisoning. Using a buzz saw on his
    farm, Mr. Betzler's hand was cut
    two weeks ago. Infection developed
    and his condition soon became
    grave.
    A former Appleton farmer, he had
    since resided many years in Lodi.
    He is survived by h i s widow, Jenny
    Betzler, and three children, Howard,
    Donald and Grace Betzler, all of
    Lodi; also four brothers, Frank, Bert,
    Edward and Charles Betzler; and
    three sisters, Mrs. John Lenz and
    Anna Betzler and Mrs. Louise
    Hewett. Mrs. Hewett resides in the
    West. The remainder live to Appleton
    and vicinity.
    Attending the funeral were Mr.
    and Mrs. Charles Betzler, Mrs. Julia
    Betzler, Edward, Bert and Prank
    Betzler of Appleton.

    Klumpp, Drake Settlement Road,
    B u t , N. Y, entered into rest at
    his home Sunday. April 29.1956. He
    i s survived by four daughters and
    two sons, Mrs. Jennie Betzler and
    Mrs. Mary Kropp. both of Lock
    port, William Klumpp of Olcott.
    Frank Klumpp Jr. of Burt, Mrs
    Vincent Bowler of Lockport and
    Mrs, Howard Bowler of Burt, N. Y.;
    25 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren;
    also two brothers and one
    sister. Fred Klumpp of Buffalo,
    John Klumpp of Appleton, N. Y.,
    Mrs. Carolyn Schnoor of Wilson.
    Friends may call at his late home
    where prayers will be said Wednes
    day at 2:30 and services at 3 p. m
    at St. John's Lutheran Church
    Drake Settlement Road. Interment
    in Corwin Central Cemetery.

    BTJRT, June 23.-Funeral services
    were held Friday afternoon, at her
    late home on the Drake Settlement
    road at 2 p. hi. and from the St.
    John's Lutheran church at 2:30
    o'clock,^ for Mrs. Anna Klumpp, wife
    of Frank Klumpp, Sr., who died at
    her home Wednesday at the age of 76
    years. Mrs. Klumpp had been In tailing
    health for the past few years and
    had been confined to her home and
    bed for several weeks.
    She leaves her husband, four daughters
    and two sons, Mrs. Rudolph
    Kropp, Mrs. Vincent Bowler, of Lockport,
    Mrs. Bert Betzler, Mrs. Howard
    Bowler and Frank, Jr., of Drake Settlement
    road, and Will,' of Olcott, 20
    grandchildren and three brothers,
    James, Dennis and John Bennett, all
    of the town of Newfane.
    The services were conducted by'the
    Rev. William Dallmann, pastor of the
    St. John's Lutheran Church of which
    she was a member and faithful worker
    until her health failed. Burial
    took place in the Corwin cemetery.
    The bearers were Chris Bobrien, John
    Smith, Bert Bears, Dennis Wood, Almon
    Capen and Fred Arndt.
