    Mr. Bilinski was born in Auburn,
    the Bon of August and
    Constance Rozumolowicz Bilinski.
    He was a member of St. Hyaeinth's
    Church in Auburn and a 38-year
    member of Operating Engineers,
    Local Union #545 in Syracuse and
    a former employee Syracuse Rigging.
    He is survived by his wife of 37
    years, Mrs. Carolyn Lockwood
    Bilinski of Throop; two,sons,,
    Stephen Bilinski and his wife
    Lynne of Auburn and Andrew
    Bilinski of Auburn; three daughters,
    Cindi B. Smith and her husband
    Richard of Skaneateles,
    Christine B. Marciniak and her
    .husband Mark of Tacoma, Wash.,
    and Catherine B. O'Hora and her
    husband Tom of Throop; two
    brothers, Edward Bilinski and
    Stanley Bilinski, both of Auburn;
    six grandchildren, David Smith,
    Hana Smith, Morgan O'Hora,
    Meredith O'Hora, Joshua Bilinski
    and Elizabeth Bilinski; and several
    nieces, nephews and cousins.
    Brew Funeral Home, 48 South
    St., Auburn, had charge of arrangements.
    Interment will be in . St.
    Joseph's Cemetery, Fleming.
    Memorial contributions may be
    made to the Throop Volunteer Fire
    Department Ambulance Fund or
    the Union Local #545 Casmir S.

    Mrs. Constance Bilinski,
    82m widow of Andrew Bilinski
    and formerly of 18 1/2 Grant
    St. died thursday, August 6,
    1980 in Mercy Rehabilitation
    Center after a brief illness.
    Born in Poland, she was a
    resident of Auburn for the
    past 50 years. She was a
    communicant of St.
    Hyacinth's Church, she was
    a member of the Rosary
    Contraternity, a member of
    the Polish Falconettes.
    Surviving are one
    daughter, Mrs. Milton Hel-
    en Kingsley of Florida,
    three sons; Edward J.,
    Stanley and Casimer all of
    Auburn. Several grandchil-
    dren.
    Funeral services will be at
    8:30 a.m. on Saturday at the
    Niepon Funeral Home and
    at 9 a.m. at St. Hyacinth's
    Church. Interment will be in
    St. Joseph's Cemetery.
    Friends are invited to call
    on Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to
    9 p.m. at the funeral home,
    225 State St. where the
    rosary will be recited at 8
    p.m.

    Raymond E. Lockwood. Sr. 73, of
    R.D.*5. Powers Road. Auburn. NY
    died Monday. April 15. 1985. at his
    home following an illness of several
    months
    Mr Lockwood was born in
    Savannah, the son of the late
    Howard and Cora Madigan
    Lockwood and had resided in the
    Town of Throop most of his life He
    served as Highway Supenntendant
    for the Town of Throop for several
    years He also was employed by the
    Port Byron School District as a bus
    dirver for several years. He also
    owned and operated Ray's Ashland
    Service station on the corner of York
    and Slate Streets for many years.
    Mr Lockwood was one of the
    founders of the Throop Fire Department
    and he held a life membership
    in the Fire Department, in
    addition to that he served as Fire
    Chief for 12 years. He also served on
    the Boy Scout Committee. He drove
    for the SCAT van and was a RSVP
    volunteer. Mr Lockwood was
    employed for a time with the E.
    John Gavras Comprehensive Training
    Center.
    Mr. Lockwood was also instuemental
    in establishing a youth
    baseball league in the Town of
    Throop several years ago. He was a
    member of the Throopsville Community
    Church.
    He is survived by: his wife, Irene
    Belknap Lockwood of Throop; one
    son, Judge Raymond E. Lockwood.
    Jr. of Aurelius; three daughters.
    Mrs. Casmir (Carolyn) Bilinski of
    Auburn, Anna Mae Van Dyke of
    Auburn and Mrs. David (Marilyn
    "Bunny") Braunig of Dade City.
    Florida; one sister. Mrs. Marian
    Belknap Caracoglia of Melborne.
    Fla.; fifteen grandchildren including:
    Jackie Anderson and Jeanine
    Braunig. both of Throop: seven
    great grandchildren including:
    Jessica Lynn Anderson, also of
    Throop; one niece. Mrs. Janet Santel
    of Apex. North Carolina.
    Funeral services will be held
    Thursday. April 18, 1985, at 11 a.m.
    at the Brew Funeral Home, 48 South
    Street, Auburn, with the Rev,
    Pamela D. Anderegg, pastor of the
    Throopsville Community Church,
    officiating. Interment will be in Pine
    Cemetery. Throop.
    Friends are invited to call at the
    Brew Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m.
    Tuesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
    p.m.
    Expressions of sympathy may be
    made to the Memorial Fund of the
    Throop Fire Department in Mr.
    Lockwood's memory.

    at the home of Mr. and Mrs.
    Edward Raven when their daughter,
    Laura, was united in marriage to
    Emmet Belknap. About fifty guests
    were present.
